Stopped by this location to try the lobster sub. I was a bit shocked by the price (4 stars bc of $$$). It was meaty (though very very lightly seasoned). Bread and veggies were fresh and their staff was very pleasant, efficient and friendly.

Friendly staff with a clean atmosphere. The staff member who served me was very friendly and asked me how my day was going and whatnot. Those chats make for a great social experience. Love this subway and their staff, 6 stars!!

2 subs made wrong and put wrong sause on sub when sause was suspose to be on side ... they also tryed to keep my free 6 inc sub when i payed for a 25 dollar card get free 6inc . I had to show them on line that subwaycanada had that deal

Great store, staff is always friendly and 9/10 will get fresh bread. However in the night times there should be more than 1 or 2 employees working during night rushes especially on weekends. Very frustrating when i pick up delivery orders and having to wait between 10-25 mins. Either let me call the store and have it brought out or put on even 1 extra person to help out.

Staff was superb. Amazing timely service, excellent ambiance. Jimmy served us, and made the whole experience exceptional. 10/10 for Jimmy, and for the branch.

Waited for a doordash order for more than 20 min but the employee didn’t even start making it. He was busy with drive thru. Either you keep more employees or pause online orders if you can't deliver them timely. We also work for money.It seems that their time is only valuable.Frustrating experience. Very poor service

Horrible Experience. Ordered new chicken bacon peppercorn ranch sub. No meal. Sign said try it crispy. Asked for that got agrued that it was an option. Even though was on sign. Eventually they let me have it. Than my sub came to $17 whrn sign said 11.59. They said cost extra with crispy chicken which know where on the signage did it say this. Took it anyway and left. Got in my car to try it. Awful microwaved chicken was hard and rubbery. Nothing crispy about it soggy batter. We need to get back to vetter quality standards. Instead of this gouging

clearly, the employees hate their jobs. what a mess the drive through given me, and i asked for sauce on the side and they literally put it in a bag like the cookies come in... sandwhich was made wrong i askwd for lettuce and they gave me spinach.
