Working with Joe from Budget Blinds was a great experience from start to finish. He communicated well with me throughout the process of choosing the blinds, measuring, ordering and install. We had to wait a bit for the blinds that I chose but it was well worth the wait. I love the blinds and how they complete the spaces

I am thrilled with my roller shades from Budget Blinds of Victoria. Brian was the consultant I worked with and this was by far the best vendor experience I have had since moving into our new home. Communication was frequent and clear as Brian walked me through the design and ordering processes to ensure the look I was going for was achieved. When the blinds arrived, Brian expertly installed them and made any adjustments that we requested. In addition, he was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Budget Blinds to any of my friends and I highly recommend Brian!

I have dealt with many companies over my 75 years but I can honestly say that I was so impressed with Budget Blinds and there Representatives. The Sales Rep Alana Gurney who visited my home with all her samples and measured my windows was such a delight to work with. She was so courteous, happy go lucky, professional and knew her product inside and out. When the new Blinds were to be installed Kiev, and I’m sorry I didn’t get his last name, was of the same mind set, very courteous, professional, knew his installation to the T… he was so friendly, easy to talk with, and did a fantastic job of installing the blinds and curtains. He even steamed the curtains of any creases. I was amazed at his work. The blinds fit perfectly so it shows the exact measurements that Alana had done. Dealing with these Representatives as well as Joe in there store in Victoria who showed me there products I was really astonished on how professional they all were, they knew there “Product” and explained everything in detail, all of the Representatives did, Alana, Joe and Kiev, and, they were all happy at there work and to me that means Budget Blinds treats there staff well. We contacted Budget Blinds just before Christmas. Dustin got back to us and gave us information about setting up a consultation. Alanna came in January and was extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions for what we needed. We went in to the storefront to see more samples of the items she had suggested. Jesse there was also very helpful. The blinds came quickly and were installed by Kiel at the end of February. We could not be any happier with the product and service. All members of staff with whom we dealt were wonderful. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

Bought a new home with no blinds, and I knew the process to pick curtains, blinds and features would be overwhelming. Dustin was my consultant, and it was clear he’d been doing this for years as he made the process easy, seamless and simple. Mike, Kiel and Ian came to install my blinds—they worked hard, teaching me how to use my smart home, and were easy to work with. Ian also added film to my very transparent door, which turned out beautifully. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them to anyone replacing just one blind to furnishing your entire home. They are a great team!

From the initial visit with Dustin McConnell to the installation, this was a completely professional, smooth operation. Dustin took measurements and suggested which window covering would best suit my needs, within the very limited area available to mount the necessary hardware.When the installer arrived, he carried in 2 long packages which contained the mounting hardware and the window covering itself. That installation went so smoothly that he completed it within 30 minutes. He was right on time and set right to work.I couldn't be happier with the service or my new window covering.
