Dr. Janet Chung ENT

I tried to relay a message to Dr Chung and all I got was an answering machine telling me to confirm an appointment that I can't make to an answering machine the only confirms appointments and then hangs up.

Complete waste of time seeing Dr. Chung for my ear issue. I explained the specific event that caused the issue and her suggestions clearly showed she was not listening to me. She did not even do a thorough assessment. My family doc did a better, more thorough assessment than this specialist". Waited 10 months for this appt and so disappointed. Terrible. Staff are confused and annoying. I asked them multiple times to update my info and they did not."

Very nice doctor and professional, the appointment on time, not busy or line up, she explained everything to me and help me to get better in short term, she use new and high technic devices, the clinic very cleaned

Saw Dr. Chung today for some issues with my nose. The receptionist was friendly and after a short wait I was seen by Dr. Chung on the time of my appointment. She listened to my concerns and took time to answer all my questions and put me at ease with my issue. I really liked her and I’m going to see if I can get a referral to Dr. Chung for my MIL as well. They’ve recently moved to a new location and the office is very clean and spacious with ample parking at front which is always nice!

Google wouldn't let me send a Suggestion to have it changed. I had a hard time finding them yesterday.With that being said ..... she is a very nice doctor. It is very hard to get anyone to answer the phone though. I really needed someone to answer yesterday when I couldn't find the new location. It's a very big plaza and they don't have their new sign put up yet.

The receptionist never picks up the phone! I left my contacts in their voicemail at least 3 times when I cared to. 1 week in and still no response! Its obvious messages are ignored. Waste of time, best to look for other clinics.

Very bad receptionist, never follow up. Been on a cancellation list for months. Appointment got canceled because doctor needed to do surgery so I had to suffer and they couldn’t book me until months later. Literally struggling to breathe and haven’t been made a priority. Trying to get a surgery since 2021.

I saw Dr. Chung on Sept 26, 2022. I went for a goiter in my throat, although Dr. Chung and the nurses in Ambulatory Care were friendly, I went in there thinking I would be getting a needle aspiration to find out that according to the ultrasound, my goiter wasn't big enough for the procedure. However she did say she would put a note in my chart that if the goiter got painful to call the office and they would try to see me that day. Well its been a month and a half, I've called the office 3 times because the goiter has become very dicomforting, sore/painful and its pressing on my trac and causing me to cough and feels like I'm being chocked. I only got 1 call back and I returned it the same day, got no one. I'm losing my patience

I have been waiting for a call back from this doctor for two years in regards to one issue, and one year in regards to another issue. They clearly do not care about their patients. Will not recommend .
