Last week I went into Scented Drawer for the first time, great experience, I found a cute night dress, yesterday I went in to get the matching house coat. I was in a hurry and decided to take it without trying it on. Not paying close attention I should have tried it on. I got home and tried it on and was so disappointed, it's huge on me and looks awful.So I went there today for an exchange, and spoke with owner and they have final sale on everything because of Covid.If she was a professional sales person, yesterday she would have looked at me and knowing her products? She would have said you should really try it on, it will be very large on you. But she didn't.And today she was unwilling to keep a new customer happy with an exchange.Terrible customer service!!

During this covid-19 shut down I had a bra-mergency. Nicole at scented drawer saved the day and helped me above and beyond what was necessary. They have bras for EVERY shape and body. I don’t go anywhere else. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. THANK YOU!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

LOVED COMING HERE!The staff were SO FRIENDLY, KIND, and knowledgeable!!!I was desperate for a comfortable strapless bra (AROUND $50) for a wedding I was in that weekend. I didn’t know it was possible!!! It was closer to $70 but TOTALLY WORTH IT. I tried the box store ones but they were terrible! It held up so well, arms up and dancing!!! And I am nursing an 8 month old! It was magical.As someone that became a mom during the pandemic to two babies over the years, I and had NO IDEA what my size was anymore! The ladies were so kind and helpful! I am going to buy myself another one for every day wear. I could not recommend them enough!!! So sweet!

Being bigger chested I had never found a bra that fit like a glove, and have always found the chain bra stores ( i.e Lasenza) could never fit me right... Close but never right.I thought this was just the sad outcome for all bigger chested ladies.I went to The Scented Drawer this past Saturday after hearing great things, and I left understanding why my friends rave about this place. Nicole was great at explaining how a bra should fit and pulled sexy and comfortable selections for me after hearing what I was looking for. The ones I got fit me like a glove and I couldnt be happier.This year has been a trying one, and I just want to thank Nicole again for helping me find my sexy again. Love love love my new bras and the one on one experience of finding that perfect bra was an exceptional experience- I will be shopping here again :).

Everytime I have gone into this store the employees have been so friendly and helpful. They make sure you leave with the perfect fitting items. This is the only place I shop for my bras. It is more on the expensive side although you have to keep in mind you get what you pay for.
