Should have read the reviews before buying. I bought about 14 sets of handles, and they lasted 1 yr before some of them started falling apart. Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the store it's never open. When finally getting in touch with the owner, she said she would send my pictures to her rep. Well, it's been about 3 months and she went missing again. Sad because i wanted to switch all my handles and was willing to upgrade to emtek which i should have done from the start but you lost that business and any referrals. I really hope her husband Trubuild custom homes doesn't operate like this.
