Had an emergency, they took me in the same day! Awesome staff, from the reception to the doctor. Doctor was really professional and very nice!!

Among all the health professionals I have met in my short life of 48 years, Dr. Bizzarro wins the first position.She has the three elements that I look for in a healthcare professional.1) She is extremely competent in her field (theory and practice)2) She has the pedagogical skills to transmit information on the observed condition and explain the reasons for the treatment3) She has an emotional intelligence that makes human encounter pleasant.Highly recommended

Best optometry place I've ever been to. Professional staff. Optometrist (Valerie) is A+ very knowledgeable and helpful. Eye exam was amazing. They offer to measure your PD for a small extra fee. Amazing place to get your eye exams done. A bit more pricey than other places but they have much better machines and much better optometrists.

I brought my daughter at Costco, Rue Bridge in Montreal for an eye exam and they referred her to Clinique D’Optometrie Belanger for an Orthokeratology.Orthokeratology is a surgery free way for children and young adults to leave their glasses behind and not have to wear contact lenses all the time.    It is the use of specially designed contact lenses to temporarily reshape the cornea to improve vision.  It is worn at night to shape the front of the eye while you sleep.The minute I set my foot at this Clinic, I was impressed with the interior setting, the decor and the cleanliness. I have always associated a clinic to be much like a hospital that has sick patients, rude nurses and a heavy atmosphere.How could I have been so wrong?We were greeted well by one of the three customer service personnel.The waiting time was very reasonable.All the equipment around looked new and technologically advanced.The eye exam performed by qualified professionals went extremely well. It is quite rare to have professionals being overly patient and attentive in dealing with their clientele.Exceptional service! I do not have to say where my entire family will have our next eye exams done.

The eye testing is much superior than the other places with awesome eye doctors but the old lady fitting the glasses was very rude. She didn't even want to adjust my glasses even a bit. Why work if you don't want to do anything?

Excellent service. First time at the clinic and I loved all the tests they run on you for analysis, it gave a very good initial check. The Dr Valerie Jasmine was very patient with all my questions and did cover all the aspects of my visit.Will indeed return.

Dr. Bizzarro is fantastic - which is why I keep going back to this clinic. However I can only give a one star review because this company does not communicate well, and does not really care about their clients. I have been waiting for two weeks for my contact lenses to arrive, and have just been told that they weren't even ordered yet. I had to contact the clinic to find this out - no one reached out to me to tell me that there would be a delay.Now I have to wait another week. For an optometry clinic, they should understand the importance of sight. I am extremely frustrated and to the point of crying because I cannot see properly.

The best service and the most helpful staff!My eyesight deteriorated acutely while I was visiting Montreal. I stumbled into the shop without any appointment, and was arranged to see a doctor after a short wait. Despite not speaking much English (and neither do I speak any French), the front-desk staff were very patient and courteous.My doctor was Dr Jocelyn Gagné - she was very professional and made sure that I was OK before needing to fly-out the next day.I highly recommend coming here for the level of service and professionalism!
