The staff here is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They where extremely rude to me and my wife on multiple occasions and just sat in the back doing nothing. Would not recommend.

Very kind friendly service. Note: Service Canada is in the same building as Service Ontario, it's easy to end up in the wrong spot. For Service Canada, go to the south east corner of the building.

They should have their hours better posted on their website. Closing the doors for lunch with nobody available at all is NOT HELPFUL for working people

What a refreshing experience I had here, especially compared to the horrific experiences that I've had with other bureaucracies like Service Ontario! The service woman was helpful and very, very nice.

In and out quick time for my passport application, but there is a secret time of day to go. Otherwise they can be quite busy. So don’t come flocking from the city ;-pDefinitely a 5 out of 5 service today, I didn’t catch the service woman’s name but she was amazing and very helpful. Even reminded me to renew my license which is conveniently next door. Thank you!
