They are kind and customer oriented. The shellac manicure is ok, however my daughter’s acrylics dropped off after 2 days…

The staff is extremely rude, entitled and money hungry. I had booked a refill a week ago and the guy charged me $45 on the phone but when I showed up for my appointment, he was telling me I have to pay $50 at the end in such a rude way when the initial price was $45. Then tells me to leave the store because he got mad over $5 that I didn't necessarily owe since he told me it was $45. I had told them that my nails broke after 3 days and the response I received was that I had them on for too long when it's only been 3 days and that my nails were considered long in length when I usually get them short. The job was barely done also. My left hand is unequal to my right hand. The shape is uneven and the lady nail tech barely finished applying the nail color. They take 1hr and more but the job is genuinely horrible. They ignored me when I kept trying to explain more in detail what had happened to my nails and proceeded to ask me if I live near Ile Perrot which was weird. This little store lies about its nail prices. I highly recommend saving your money and finding better nail techs who are more deserving of what it's worth because of the kind of nails they provide and how cheaply made they are. And the place is super dirty and unsanitary. They don't clean their tools which can be very dangerous for clients. They use the same gloves they touch other people's feet with and don't communicate with customers on what they want. Very poor quality of service. If I could give them a 0 as a rating, I would.
