Renovations can be quite stressful, but the comfort and assistance from Debra Koster really helped during this process. Debra was amazing. I had wonderful customer service from buying, solving problems, and arranging out of town home delivery of all products. She was very patient during my multiple visits, phone calls, and emails. I was also impressed with the prompt quotes and detailed updated list of items that I required for the bathrooms undergoing renovations. This was just the best experience for purchasing all bathroom products. Very highly recommended. Awesome service and great staff.

Very friends and fast service, when i put a new kitchen faucet one hose was a bit to short and had exactly what i needed. Great price too!!!!

Requested a replacement part that had failed while under warranty (along with Splashes receipt). Staff in the show-room said my request would be handled at the service desk. Went to service desk, identified the part required, staff told me it was in order, took my phone # and committed to calling me upon receipt of part.No call for a month, went back today to find that there was no record of my original request. Was told at the service desk that show-room would handle my request? Explained that I had already been to the show-room a month earlier and had ordered replacement part at service desk. They did determine that they had the part in hand, on the shelf, but couldn’t give it to me? Told me to call a 1-800 # to request the part.So in a nut-shell, I received conflicting accounts from your staff. I wasted a month with a leaking sink. You had the part I required in hand and a chance to provide service. You sent me elsewhere.Funny how the positive review receive thanks and the negative reviews (based on poor service) get crickets. No effort to resolve.

Rachel at Splashes is always so helpful and accommodating. Would not shop anywhere else for my kitchen and bath needs.

Our renovation company has been shopping at Splashes in Nanaimo for around 20 years, we love their showroom. The showroom staff have changed over the years , going through the usual hiccups. A few showroom staff stand out for customer service, the only one that comes to mind is Rachel.Rachel works with us, when we bring our clients in for bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Rachel seems knowledgeable, kind and most of all patient. If she doesn't know the answer to our questions, she takes the time to find out the answer for us.We would highly recommend shopping at the Nanaimo Splashes showroom. But only ask for Rachel.

Very good plumbing supplier. They serve both retail and commercial clients, awesome selection of on hand parts, better product than the big box stores.

After two of them were on me like white on rice to follow their covid policy and tracking they left me to fend for myself checking out kitchen faucets as I was looking for one to replace my aging and too low faucet. nobody seemed interested in giving me a hand or indicating to me when or how they might assist me to discuss options for what I was looking for. Asked about aerators, they didn't know what I was talking about, they didn't even send me around to the plumbing supply side. I walked out unhelped and figured that out on my own, ended up being almost as useless over there.

I have been working in the bathroom renovation business for 15 years. I see my customers after they have already dealt with Splashes bath & kitchen. The service they receive is always 5 star. I landed up at Andrew Sheret after being referred there by a big box store that lacked the parts I was after. I walked into the smaller building where they deal with well pumps, pipes, cisterns, rainwater catchment, etc. Feeling lost, I asked for help. And boy did I get a lot of help. Together both Kevin and Bryan in that department have gone out of their way on a number of occasions to make sure that I got what I needed -- and that I knew what to do with it once I did. I have become a regular customer of AS as a result and continue to enjoy shopping there. And I still get great advice when needed from Kevin and Bryan. Thanks guys!

Excellent Customer Service!! After being helped with information a couple of days ago I went back today to purchase bathroom fixtures. I cannot praise Debra highly enough, she was absolutely wonderful, so helpful, so knowledgeable, so patient, she made my day!! We've now got everything we need and I can't wait to see the finished bathroom with these beautiful fixtures. Thanks Debra!
