Tony took our dungeon of a basement and transformed it into a stunning in law suite. From start to finish the attention to detail was amazing. He turned it into a beautiful home for my mom. I can't say enough good things. I would highly recommend Tony for any home reno projects!!

Tony is very friendly and talented. His quote was fair for both parties and he completed the four jobs we have hired him to do so far according to our time line. He has done very neat drywall work, built a flawless fence, installed a sleek looking roof-and-siding and worked to waterproof my house. His whole crew's work is tidy and professional. I will 100% be hiring Tony to build a deck for me this upcoming season... along with some other jobs I feel are out of my own talent range!

I‘m posting this rating and added these comments because Rocha Construction specifically Tony is deserving of this rating and I’m speaking out to honest people who are looking to renovate their home a very personal space with someone they can trust. You can trust Tony! From the initial estimate I received from Tony to the workmanship, timeline and pivoting when something didn’t end up like I envisioned Tony was professional, accommodating with a can do attitude.There was never a situation where Tony didn’t have a solution. My basement was completely managed and renovated by Tony ~1200 square ft of space with a full bath, kitchen, entertainment area, gym, walk in pantries, bedroom, mud rooms.Done with perfection! Tony was excellent at collaborating with third parties from electrical to plumbing, to marble, stone teams and others. Tony took over the project from another contractor who left without notice and advanced payment. Tony had to redo some of the initial work. I was extremely vigilant when I hired Tony because of our bad experience and the constraints during the pandemic and it was the best decision I made to hire Tony. The project went smooth, we enjoy our new basement with family and friends and everyone compliments the amazing job Tony did!.We are so happy with his work. I truly and honestly recommend anyone who is looking for a construction company who is fair, honest and reliable, Tony is this person. Your project is in good hands and he will do excellent work because he takes the time to understand what you want and how to best approach it, never rushes you and the outcome is excellent work! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I hired Tony company to build a complete basement apartment for my father. They built two bedrooms, a bathroom with custom tiled shower, living area with gas fireplace accent wall, kitchen and pantry. As with any renovations there were some hiccups but Tony consistently worked with us providing solutions to any issues that came up. Tony made many helpful recommendation's to make our basement apartment perfect. His team was always in contact with my husband and I about the renovation timeline. Our custom shower and accent fireplace wall is what dreams are made of. If you are looking for a hardworking ,dedicated team who pays extra attention to little details then this is the company for your basement renovation.

Tony has done work for us indoors and out. The first project was a closet reno, followed by a beautiful new backyard fence. Tony sat us down and took us through multiple price options and designed, and stayed on top of his team as quality control. Completed the project exactly within the time line he promised and with a great price. Great communication throughout. Plan to use them again (and again.)

Tony and his team went above and beyond in my home renovation - the work included new kitchen, powder-room, dinning room, grand living-room, laundry room and outside fencing.. We hired Rocha Construction and Renovations to build a fence, extend our deck, and build a pergola in our backyard. We absolutely LOVE the finished product.Our experience working with Tony throughout the process was simply excellent. We had some general ideas for what we wanted to accomplish and Tony was able to fill in whatever blanks we were unable to describe in a creative and cost effective manner. It is clear that he and his company place a great emphasis on quality and customer care. A few times during the project, we had some minor modifications and Tony was able to quickly adapt.
