I am a certified life coach and heroic optimize coach, a mom of three and a teacher. I was able to create a more fulfilled, healthy and balanced life for myself and my family. I achieved this by doing the hard work and I moved from theory to practice to mastery (knowing full well what I will never "get there") using myself as client number zero.
