Dr Sannoufi is a life saver. His attention to detail, proactive approach to health and well being, patience, professionalism and understanding is second-to-none. His clinic and nurses on his team, all run as a well-oiled shop. He has helped us numerous times with our sick baby/toddler which is so comforting as a stressed out parent. Our own health, riddled with poor family medical history, is well documented and tracked with their amazing La Vie Executive Health Clinic. Love this service, am so grateful for Dr Sannoufi and cant thank him and his team enough.

The level of care and compassion Dr Sannoufi and his team exhibits each time we go is astounding. They are available 24/7 to assist you in any way. Dr Sannoufi truly and deeply cares about the health and well being of his patients to a level I could never have imagined. To give an example m, we recently had a medical situation arise on a Friday evening on a long weekend and Dr Sannoufi personally called us throughout the night and long weekend to ensure we were adequately taken care of and that everything was fine. He sacrificed his long weekend just to ensure our patient care and peace of mind. The detail that he goes into with my annual health check up is extraordinary. He leaves no stone uncovered and ensures every little thing is followed up on and tested for. The peace of mind knowing my family and my health and well being is in their hands is invaluable. You cannot put a price on the care they give each time you enter their clinic.Any happy customer can leave a review, but what really hit home to my family and I on what a truly extraordinary doctor he is came to is during an unexpected visit to our local ER on a Sunday afternoon. When the ER room resident doctor found out Dr Sannoufi was our doctor her exact words were, Dr Sannoufi is not just an exceptional doctor but he is also my role model in life. Called the office many time, no body answer the phone. We are unable to make appointment with the doctor. They are very serious to the patient, if some body unable or forget cancel the appointment, They will absolutely fine you 50 dollars. Unfortunately, we have no any chance to fine the clinic.

Poor Service over the years as an OHIP patient, now they are closing the public side of their practice (private only $$$) and now I am also forced (along side with many others) to find a new doctor, couldn't even be bothered to find someone to off load us on, just dumped us on the streets...

Our entire family have been members for for best part of ten years now. Dr Sannoufi and his team are nothing but professionals and are very detailed in everything they do. I highly recommend La Vie to everyone!

As a newcomer to Ottawa, this has been a great investment in my health and allows me to have a local doctor. I travel often (in normal times) and have a demanding schedule. Dr. Sanoufi and team allow me to see them for anything on very short notice. This is a great investment in my own health and wellness.

My family and I have been patients at La Vie for many years now, with Dr. Sannoufi as our primary physician - he has always been there for us and provided excellent care for all of us, including being very proactive and spotting a potentially extremely serious heart problem while it was still asymptomatic and could be treated. More recently we have also come to know some of La Vie's other physicians, who are also very good, kind and caring and we have had the same experience with each of the nurses and staff. We would highly recommend La Vie!
