I was talking with someone from this store about a very specific laptop which was been advertised at facebook marketplace for weeks. We've scheduled my visit to his store at the first hr on Monday, I texted him and said that I was on my way and I would just stop on the way to withdraw the cash. Once I arrived at store, surprise!!! The laptop wasn't there! Ad was still online, he tried to find the laptop on his stock and after realized what he did, he gave me an excuse that he just sold it in 20min while I was driving to his store after this Ad being online for weeks and we have done a deal. He tried to push me other laptop... this guy is a scammer!

I purchased a used laptop and was quite satisfied. Unfortunately one of the keys came off and needed repair. I called him to inquire when he opened and he stated 11:30.i was there at 1 pm and he was closed, I called him and he said WELL I was there at 11:30. He asked if I could return at 2 I said yes but it was difficult as I don't have a vehicle and was relying on a friend. He then sent a text changing the time to 3. I told him this is extremely bad business and customer service.. He actually had the nerve to blame me because I wasn't there at 11:30. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO APOLOGY FROM HIM PERIOD..Stay clear once a purchase is done with him he does not care.

Amazing experience I bought 2 laptops for my children at a very reasonable price with 3 month warranty and staff is very polite and professional .Highly Recommended.

Amazing experience, extremely quick turnaround time! My 1TB HDD crashed and my computer's SSD limit was 512 GB, and I did not want to switch to an SSD because of this limit. But now I have a 1TB SSD installed in my laptop and it's lightning fast!Extremely responsive communication through Google chat & phone, very friendly and easy to deal with. My laptop charging issue was resolved and fixed in less than 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price that he did not even ask for saying that its a small fix. But I requested him to take the labor charge for the time spent and paid just a 30 cad to fix my laptop. Thanks a ton. Highly recommend and appreciate!!
