Went and brought a sheesha. He gave me the wrong one. I asked for a black one he gave me a colorful one. Went back 10 min's after the purchase to return. They would not exchange or return. Place is shady and horrible I would not recommend

Great customer service! The owners are very charismatic and are very knowledgable on everything Shisha related. They were able to recommend the perfect products for me as I am fairly new to the whole concept. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends who are in need of Shisha products! Also, the place is very clean and organized which is an added bonus! And they have an abundance of different flavours!

Have been going to smoke shack for the last 3 years. Recently moved to a bigger unit down the street. They carry lots of variety for your vape and shesha needs. Staff is great and friendly. If you ever need anything they don’t have, they will make sure to arrange it for you. Hasan is your guy.

This is our go to sheesha lounge. It's the best quality and value for money. The quality of sheesha is one of the best in GTA. Great atmosphere and the servers are always prompt and ready. Their chai is a must try! It's a great strong chai flavor tastes just like the chai youd get in Pakistan or India. I also ordered their samosas. Soo good! Great music!!"

absolutely bad service they gave me a burnt disposable vape even though I followed the instructions. Told me I can come back at 8 pm to exchange it or even refund it but when I came back they refused to do so. they said I have to contact the specific company my self and figure it all out myself even though they sold me the burnt vape. dont go here honestly its a waste of money and time.
