On behalf of Sandhurst Strata, I would like to comment on the work done by Remdal for our Strata Complex of 72 units.Your employees were always willing to listen to any homeowner who had a concern or question. We have some elderly homeowners and they were so impressed that your employees would help move any patio furniture to either start or complete the workThe site was left in great shape. We had a drop off area that we designated for your employees and they were very good about using that area and keeping it cleanWith many of our townhouses needing repairs and replacement of fascia boards before painting was done, we were very impressed that your employees always made sure the area was cleaned up quicklyAll the senior staff kept us well informed of any changes to the schedule we planned on following. We had very few concerns as we felt we had picked a company we could trust and respect to do a great job. We were not disappointed at all.After the project was completed, we did a walk through with a few of our own council members and your team. There were a few things we noted needing to be corrected. These were quickly corrected.Your employees treated this job like they were working on their own homes. They took great pride in the job they did and they were not happy until we were happy. They never complained about having to take time out to discuss the job with any homeowner. I have had so few comments that were not 100% positive.

Remdal did a masterful job painting our 28 home strata complex. They were professional from beginning to end of our project. I am very pleased with the Remdal group. They were friendly, professional, clean and tidy workers, and very helpful with opinioins, suggestion and recommendations. This is the second time we have used Remdal Painting and are very pleased with how quickly they accomplished our clubhouse exterior painting project.

We had Remdal paint our building approximately 5 years ago. I was not pleased at that time and I am still not impressed with the current work. This is a townhouse complex.They were to do rot repair and paint touch up as needed. The paint touch up looked like a child did it. The color did not match and was sloppy at best. When we discussed this we were told that the original paint had faded. They could have approached us at the time but nothing was said. They are the professionals, so why at the time they didn't make note of this and suggest they bring out their color expert" to match

Remdal worked on my strata complex for a few weeks. I got to meet Alberto Rodriguez and was very impressed by his professionalism and patience. My roommates may have caused him some extra work and repainting but he was polite, kind and professional. Hats off to Alberto, you are awesome!
