Actorium Training Centre

Actorium is a school like no other. If you're looking for the backbone of your acting technique instead of the surface frills, start here. After several years over many different classes at Actorium, I can say I'm a totally different actor than I started. What's most interesting, and helpful, about Actorium is the classes are never cookie cutter, and students are encouraged to play with a wide variety of techniques to create a well-rounded performance. Everyone is given an equal and incredible amount of individual attention I've never experienced anywhere else. You really get what you pay for and then some.

I love Actorium! I am so grateful for the supportive and loving community of teachers and students at Actorium.The classes are designed in a way that one is able to continually develop and grow their skills. My training in The Foundations, Scene Study, Role Immersion and Improv programs has greatly contributed to my growth as an actor and as an individual.The training has changed my life by deepening my ability to be present and allowing me greater access to all parts of myself.I highly recommend trying out a class. Even for non-actors there is great value, benefit and self-growth to be discovered by attending.

I had started with Michelle along time ago in the beginnings of actorium. She had me excited that I was not too old to achieve a dream. Yet I had many obstacles and had to overcome my own fears. The classes helped to understand alot of myself and with the training to achieved a better understanding of an actor.I have enjoyed and loved being at Actorium over the years....many other classmates have been encouraging and helped me as well.

For the first time, since joining Actorium, I feel like I can truly embody different people. The authenticity that myself and my classmates have reached is touching and motivating and I am truly grateful for these classes.A word of warning; If you don't want to work on yourself, better who you are and better your life, then this is not the place for you. It's hard work but if you are open and ready, it is so worth it.

I attended a foundations course here, and the dialogue & impulse one. I recommend it to all. It helped me change for a better person by allowing me to know who I really am. This is not the place to go if you are looking for superficial work. This is in depth stuff that will stick with you and is crucial to what you need as an actor. I thought acting was easy and so simple, this place taught me otherwise, but in a good way.To become an actor you need to know who you are since it is yourself who you use when you act. I loved what I learned here because that's exactly what we do.Thanks to the solid knowledge I gained here, along with the recommended reading, I am now confident and ready to go into acting while knowing who I am.Thank you Michelle and everyone at actorium. I really appreciated the knowledge provided and the supportive community + people there. It helped me in a difficult time.

I love this place.I started studying here late 2017. I wan not an actor then, but I wanted to rekindle and re-exam that passion in me.I started with Foundation 1 not knowing a thing about acting or what to expect. I was a bit scared to be honest, but I was plenty surprised by what Actorium had in store for me.If you are a non-actor, this is the place for you to get to know, accept, appreciate, and love yourself. This is more than acting. This is about becoming the best version of you.If you are an actor, here is NOT a place to train you to deliver 5 lines on camera correctly; it is a place where you get trained to be the hero of the story, the backbone of the show.Either way, you do have be willing to do the work.Put yourself completely in, and you will walk out a different person.Michelle, Rebecca, and other students are all very supportive and friendly. You will have all that you need.

I find Actorium provides such valuable, necessary and unique approaches to acting. The exercises and teaching really work to develop an ability to bring presence and authenticity to a role. It's had such a positive impact on my personal day to day life as well.You'll also learn how to intelligently break down scripts in such a way that brings out the most in characters and story.It's a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, so if you're curious about exploring the craft and technique of acting or someone who struggles with personal expression and shyness, this place is worthwhile.

I have taken a number of different classes here - foundations, character & scene study, and now Role Immersion, and I can truly say it has been life-changing. The atomosphere of support that Michelle has created leads to growth and change. You learn to really get to the heart of what acting is.
