Great place to live. To whoever is putting reviews on here about poor management etc., you have no clue what you are talking about. Great amenities, appropriate pricing and attentive staff.

Beautiful clean apartments.only complaint is very very expensive . It is animal friendly too.

I've been here for 4 years (since the building was constructed) and have watched the quality of management go steadily down. The building has become unsafe at times and it's been a struggle to have Capreit take our complaints seriously.

Capreit falls under there own laws they have no right to hide information regarding your safty and break ins they will tel you to your face nothing happenedJennifer is the manager who is not been here in over 3 weeks your concerns are not her problem email is only contact she will hang up on you constantly what a .... C U next Tuesday thinks shes better than you what a piece oh yeah doors still broken and unsecured 3 weeks later

The website lies about availability.Maybe we COULD have moved in but after not hearing back from an email 4 days ago, a call and message left early 2 days ago, that window closed. Great customer service. If they were already sold out, update your website maybe?If response times for possible residents are that bad, it must be horrid living there.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT, BREAK INS THAT ARE NOT REPORTED FROM MANAGEMENT TO THE TENANTS, BUILDING IS NOT SAFE, MANAGEMENT NEVER DEALS WITH SITUATIONS IN THE BUILD OR WITH TENANTS, MAKE YOU FEEL NOT WELCOME, DO NOT CARE FOR PEOPLE , MANAGEMENT NEVER THERE ACCORDING TO THE POSTED HOURS ON THE OFFICE, MANAGEMENT WILL NOT ADDRESS ANY ISSUES. NICE BUILDING TO BAD IT IS RAN SO POORLY
