Paid $163 to replace touch screen for an iPhone x, which had been charging without any issues. After the replacement, battery won’t charge. They did their best by replacing battery twice, which did nothing. The technician said there is an issue between charging port and motherboard, which, from my point of view, curiously appeared right after changing the screen, and she can’t do anything about that. Appreciate that they tried, but from my perspective, I am out $163 and the phone is now completely unusable. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

When i was passing through i saw this place and asked how much a screen protector was and told it was 40 dollars which i declined but as i was about to leave, i was bamboozled into buying what was said to be a premium" tempered glass screen protector which turned out to be complete junk.2 days later the phone falls out of my pocket while sitting down in an office chair (tiny drop which wasn't even a foot) and the screen shattered to pieces. I would recommend saving yourself the trouble and just order one one Amazon for a fraction of that price."

Inquired about a specific phone they posted for sale on Facebook marketplace. They confirmed that it was available so I drove to the store to buy it the next day. Stood around waiting for someone to show up because the staff was close to 20min late. When I told them I was there to buy the android phone I messaged them about they immediately tried to talk me into an iPhone. I said I only want the phone I asked for so they made a quick phone call then told me they don't have it. Complete waste of time! They still have the ad posted up on marketplace. I would give them a zero star rating if that was an option.

I needed a new iPhone battery, and they replaced it in 45 minutes on a weekday morning despite not having booked an appointment nor called ahead. They also offered to replace my glass screen protector, which I badly needed as mine was cracked, for a reasonable price. I received a non-Apple battery, which I was told up front and accepted as my phone is older and not under warranty. Two weeks later, the battery is performing well, honestly better than expected! Friendly and polite service. I would go here again.
