We have been a customer of Jiffy Lube Belleville for many years, and have not had any problems before today. I have no concerns with any of the service technicians. I do however have a serious issue with the Manager.Because we have a fleet account we have multiple vehicles that use this location. Earlier today one of our cars stopped in to get an oil change the driver presented one of our Business cards as a form of identification (all but one of our trucks are lettered) and with no issue the work was completed. Approx. an hour later we sent another vehicle in for another oil change, she presented the same card and was then berated by the manager, telling her that she would not accept it, that she (my 18 year old daughter) could have stolen the business card and tried to use it to get a free oil change. She proceeded to very angrily say I don't even think they have an account here" My daughter who is also in the customer service industry was shocked and so upset that someone who say in front of a full garage that she was a thief trying to get a free oil change

Came in for a routine oil change and left with an oil leak. I am now eating a 700$ bill for a cracked oil pan due to over-tightening of oil pan fasteners. Asked if this Jiffy Lube would be willing to compensate me and was told not our fault". Never had a problem before but I am pretty unhappy with the way the whole thing was handled and will not be back again."

Line of vehicles moved quickly in & out. Used a $10 coupon for synthetic oil, but still paid over $100.00!Mechanic was pleasant & explained what he did very professionally.

Huge wait, but to be expected when last munite with snow already falling for a tire change. However it wasn't until later on in the day that they started asking if people had on rims or off rims. Which would have made the line go faster if they had 2 bays open for the whole day to accommodate those with and without rims on their winter tires.They did a good job on the tire change just could've been more efficient if they had a better plan when there were 4 people all working that day.7 hour wait from start to finish because they didn't bother to ask about rims to no rims so they had people going to a specific bay for the no rims and the people with rims going to the other.Only went there because I didn't get a chance to book in with a garage or get in somewhere sooner.

I had my tires changed here before the snowstorm. The line was long but that is to be expected. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They balanced my wheels and did a great job overall.

This was the most expensive oil change. Add on after add on, you might as well go to the dealership for the price. Even had a $30 coupon and it was still $140, Crazy!! Won't go back again.

My niece got her oil changed here and they ended up putting an incorrect oil filter on the vehicle. As a result, there was an oil leak that developed. When she came to my house, and parked in my driveway, a rather large oil stain ended up on my 1 year old driveway (which was spotless prior). After investigating what the cause was, it was found that the leak was coming from the incorrect filter that was installed and that there wasn’t enough oil in the engine to even register on the dipstick. After performing another oil change (within 3 weeks), I contacted the location and spoke to the manager (Melissa). She spoke down to me as if I had no clue what I was talking about, was rude and made no offer to remedy the situation. She (Melissa) then contacted my niece and spoke with my partner, and again spoke down to her as if she did not know what she was talking about and then hung up abruptly. I contacted the Jiffy Lube Head Office in an effort to try and remedy the situation. After speaking with the Rep, I was told the location owner would be brought into the mix. A few days later, Melissa contacted my niece again and offered a cheque for the cost of the original oil change and a free oil change then proceeded to tell my niece that she would not speak to anyone other than her(a teenage girl who isn’t as versed in these things). I then contacted Head Office again and asked for the owner to contact me. When the owner called, the conversation started fine and then went downhill from there, as the owner began speaking to me in a demeaning manner as his manager did, like I didn’t know what I was talking about. This was after I provided proof from the manufacturer of the oil filter used, that it was not a part number that was specified for either one of the engines which were installed in the vehicle in question. I was told by the owner that because we removed the oil filter and didn’t bring the car back to them, that they can not verify that the oil filter was the cause and that we should have had the car towed back to them. Again, only an offer to reimburse for the original oil change and a free oil change was offered and no offer to fix the damage done to my 1 year old driveway. Very poor customer service when it comes to something they did wrong.

Since last 3 years I used their service but not anymore from now.Waited for 4hours. 2 cars ahead of with me for tire change. 1 guy come and ask after 30mins of wait is tire on rim? It will take 3-4 hours. Agreed to wait I do have tire on Rim.After a while lady manager come and confirm same thing tire on rim and you want to wait that long?After 4 hours when there is 1 car ahead of me at 3:20pm. Lady manager come to me and said I don’t think I can’t accommodate you today.You can tell me same thing at 12:00pm when I come and there was no one behind me for tire today.They took more than 1 hours for 1 car to change tire. Also, they try not to wait for that and go somewhere else.

1st time at Jiffy Lube. Service was fair. Mr. Lube provides an inspection of certain items on your vehicle where Jiffy did not. Shop is pretty messy compared to Mr. Lube.
