We replaced all of our main floor windows (12 windows) in our bungalow. The whole experience with All Weather Windows was awesome from start to finish. Firstly our sales rep (Ryan) was professional and very helpful, he gave us the most competitive price quote for the job compare to the usual competition that quoted us like companies such as Window Mart, Ecoline, Greenfox windows. Plus all windows installed are made right here in Edmonton, Alberta and are designed and manufactured for Canadian weather.Than the installation was done by their installation team Bill and Tammy, who were just superb at their job. Bill and Tammy were friendly, polite and very good at their job. They installed the windows correctly, professional and were very tidy and punctual at their work.I also applied for the greener homes grant and had the windows inspected by third party verifier who confirmed that the windows are very good spec with good energy performance ratings, in fact he mentioned this couple of times during his inspection and I guess he was surprised at how good the windows were from All Weather Windows.My one and only complaint is that they windows could have come with better packaging to protect them during transportation and their was some black mark/lines I guess from the manufacturing process but Bill “the installation guy” was all over it and he straight away called the workshop and arranged for a team to come and buff out the marks. Somebody did call and arrange an appointment in the near future with me.The marks are not a deal breaker for me, since it’s not very noticeable and it will probably all disappear once they buff it out and anyways the rest of the service and product was so awesome that it didn’t prevented me from giving them 5 out of 5 in my google review. I highly recommend All Weather Windows to anyone who wants quality windows with high energy ratings which is very competitively priced. I will try to upload some before and after pictures if google will allow me. The windows with black wooden frames are old windows and the ones with white vinyl are new windows. Thanks All Weather Window Team for an awesome service.

All Weather Windows were the company that installed all the windows on our new build. Within a few years 3 different windows were cracking and splitting. We attempted to contact them numerous times and half the time were ignored, and the other half we were given the run around “someone else will call you back” and never heard.Clearly they weren’t going to do anything or even help us in any way whatsoever. We finally had a different glass company come fix it and as they’re removing the glass they kindly informed us that the glass was installed INCORRECTLY, so that with the house shifting, that’s why it cracked.CHEAP, LAZY company that DOES NOT care at all about any of its customers. Just in it for a quick buck. Literally any other company would be a better choice.

December 3, 2022:Frustrated, confused and ignored. These are the feelings that I have after I raised concerns with All Weather Windows after they replaced 13 windows in my home in November 2022.I paid All Weather Windows to replace 13 windows in my home and unfortunately our large living room window has a bowed frame and a damaged outer gasket. I noticed these issues almost immediately after the windows were installed. I raised my concerns and have followed-up with repeated weekly voicemails/e-mails to the All Weather project coordinator and Manager but I still have not received a response addressing the issues with our front window.The lack of response is mind blowing. I have sent emails, left voicemails, left messages with the receptionist and nothing in response. My frequency for follow-up and been about an email and voicemail per week. It has now been multiple weeks and I'm getting nothing but silence in return. I'm blown away at how I'm simply being ignored.All Weather claims to have a 20 year warranty on windows and 5 years on labour, but I would say don't count on it because they have yet to address my issues and my windows were installed just over a month ago.At this point I'm kind of at a loss, I'm likely going to try contacting the Better Business Bureau, but ultimately I may have to pay another window manufacturer/installation company to fix or replace my front window. I regret paying the full balance after the windows were initially installed, I have no leverage with All Weather Windows and it shows by how I'm being ignored.I would suggest buyer beware with this company.I will continue to provide updates to this post to keep potential window purchasers informed of the final outcome.Update Feb.12, 2023All Weather Windows contacted me shortly after I posted my initial Google review. This occurred after weeks of me leaving voicemails and emails without a response.I want to thank Google and all of the people that read these reviews as I doubt All Weather would have acted without the influence of this platform.All Weather scheduled the same service crew to come out and address my concerns. I feel the follow-up service appointment corrected the issues mostly to my satisfaction.The frame of my large front window still is not straight, but it's much better than it was and I can live with it.The service crew did add more spray foam around the front window which was missed during the initial install.Accounting for the follow-up service call, I'm going to bump-up my overall review to two stars.

I am extremely happy about our new window!! Great price, extremely professional and kind. My window was replaced within and hour. Looks amazing and zero draft coming through!

I ordered a special built window, they deliver it damaged. They say they will fix it and make an appointment almost 3 months away. They show up on that day...and the replacement glass is damaged. So...a week later they call and tell me they need 35 buisness days to make another sheet of glass and make another appointment. It was a shabby built window to begin with not even considering the damage. Then this warranty work (if it ever gets done) is the worst service I have ever seen.

Great experience dealing with Samantha who took the time to answer my questions, and remained very accommodating to any changes and requests (there were a few). When it came time for the install, Justin and his team did a great job. The were respectful of our home, were very efficient, and left my home in the same condition it was before the install took place. Im happy with the product installed and the details mattered. Thank you Samantha and Justin.

Awesome experience from beginning to end! Ryan was great - responsive, good quote and quality windows and recommendations given the sun and suggestions for window enhancements. Window install was booked well in advance, and delivered on the booked date. For install, Aurel and his crew were top notch! Provided education on what they were doing, did a super quality job on the install and had a full crew for both install and cleanup! Very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend!

We ordered and had installed a new custom sized patio door about 5 years ago. initially everything went as planned. Since though we have had to replace the sealed glass insert 3 times because the seal went and was starting to get foggy between the glass.This last go around, I called in March to let them know the seal was gone again in the replacement they installed a few years ago. First they tried to say I would need to pay cause their warranty only covers the glass price not the delivery and Installation. I shouldn't have to be calling for a replacement if your product was well manufactured. I don’t want to pay for install on something I have zero control over and it’s your product that keeps failing?In the end they agreed to cover the whole cost and would order the new glass. Booked me for June install and the morning of the install called to say the window wasn’t in the warehouse so they needed to rebook….rebooked for October and had to apparently reorder the glass. Fishy if you ask me- having to reorder months later.Today was install day and the morning of the Install I get another call saying it isn’t ready again!! We will rebook you for December….I’m just annoyed and frustrated at the amount of time I’ve spend dealing with all the cancellations and lack of organization as well as the poor product. Why have i had to replace my glass 3 separate times in the matter of 5 years? They should know before install day that this glass isn’t ready and contact me before the day of. I will continue to watch my patio door and call when problems arise with the glassbut i will never use All Weather Windows again.

We were very happy with the entire experience. They took time to explain our options and provided us with a fair estimate. The turnaround time was better than expected and they had excellent customer service. We were impressed with the speed and professionalism of the installers, Jessie and Chase, and the overall service and follow up with the sales consultant, Peter. Every step of the process was well organized. We would highly recommend All Weather Windows.
