Currently dealing with this crazy person over on Etsy accusing me of hacking into their account and changing item prices(?!), only to find other reviews here talking about similar issues with whoever is running things over at Fiona Kenny Antiques. My advice? Stay FAR away. Not worth the headache. This person does not seem well.

The man who answered the phone was very rude, I asked simple questions which he would not answer. I understand it’s the end of the day but you could at least treat people with respect. Highly recommend avoiding doing business with this shop. If I could give 0 stars, I would.Edit: Please don’t lie, I called you yesterday at 5:38 PM. This is not a deliberately malicious comment. Maybe I caught you at a bad time but I just detailed the experience I had. How pathetic are you that you can’t just own up to it.

My daughter is a second grade teacher of modest means. She was so excited over the Spode vase she purchased from you as my Christmas gift. Unfortunately the vase was poorly packaged and badly damaged. I reported the claim to USPS but was told Fiona must initiate the claim as the package was shipped from Canada. I repeatedly requested sheinitiate the I claim on package. NO RESPONSE!! My is heartbroken that her gift arrived broken. I AM GREATLY DISAPPOINTED. Do not recommend this merchant!Attached are photos of the broken vase. I sent multiple emails with no response. I retained packaging from Fiona Kenny as evidence of her mailing the product!

Strolled in last month on a Sunday afternoon, wasn’t really sure what to expect. One customer was already looking around. They had many little antique pieces and arts. After the other customer left, a friendly man that looked like the owner chat with me about some of the b/w photos capturing interesting stories. I had a very pleasant time, and I ended up finding a book on Canadian paintings from the Common era, that made a great Christmas gift. Will definitely visit again.
