First time experience at this well known steakhouse.Despite our last minute reduction in party size for our reservation, we were promptly seated at a lovely table.Absolutely great ambiance and decor. I can see why this is a favorite of many. Dining room was packed.Staff are very polite, excellent menu knowledge and table side etiquette around Dining customers involved in conversation or savoring their meals.Must come again.

Alright, if i were to be giving the one nice waitress this review, I’d give her 5stars. I booked this venue for a friends bridal shower. We all ordered different foods and drinks. The people that ordered ribs all had different sizes. It was even acknowledged by one of the waiters. He called the manager, when she came to explain, she had so much attitude. She said that the ribs are weighed hence the reason they are all different sizes. If that’s the case the menu should specify oz and not half or full rack. Basically she walked off and didn’t bother to follow up. One of the guests ordered fries but requested to have it changed to sweet potatoes fries. The waiter was okay with making an exception however, the manager came and abruptly brought back the food, and told her that she will be charged for both. It’s really not about the charge but really how she walked up to her to tell her. I am never going back to this location. If not for the amazing waitress that we had I wouldn’t have tip at all. On top of it all they were standing there the whole time gossiping when all this was unfolding- lack of professionalism!!! I’d rather drive to Laval or another location.See the pics for 3 rib plates that were all suppose to be full racks. The first one was okay the second look like it was bitten, and the 3rd looked like half a rib. I ordered the chicken fingers, no complains really except the fries did not taste like the signature Baton Rouge fries. The calamari was okay… anyways bottom line is I would not recommend.

Good vibes, delicious food and great service. Came here with my family and we had a wonderful time. We ordered Big Devil Burgers sweet potatos and poutine the portions were good and tasty. Prices are reasonable and also there’s a free parking lot next to the restaurant.

We were delighted with the service here! Dina the manager is outstanding. We arrived in Montreal from a week’s holiday down south and after picking up our car, we wanted to grab a quick takeout for our drive back home with our daughters. After having a bad experience at the Keg (4 minutes away from Baton Rouge), our order was promptly taken over the phone and once we arrived Dina went above and beyond to make our trip back as easy as possible. Thanks Dina and the rest of the staff that greeted us and came to see if we had been taken cared of. The food was also fresh and delicious!

The food was excellent and the service was perfect. Was there a year ago, and our experience was not good. They have improved their menu and the quantity of food is much better.

I went during a Tuesday afternoon. The place was pretty empty so we did not have a problem finding a seat. The food was good but pricy. They had a lot of drink options which was nice. The price was expensive for what you get.

Fantastic service! We ate here on Jan 19 for my fathers 88th birthday. I love Baton Rouge restaurants and this one was as good as it gets. Three of us had the ribs and one of us had the sea bass. All of our meals were served as ordered, perfectly cooked and tasting delicious. Our server was energetic, kind, funny and really helped to make our supper perfect. He even brought a cake with a sparkler for my father (definitely appreciated) The restaurant was super clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this restaurant.
