PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE .THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE AND THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB.I TOOK MY $500 CANADA GOOSE VEST HERE AND THEY GAVE IT BACK WITH ALL SORTS OF UGLY LINES ON IT . THE LADYS DO THE JOB AND RUIN YOUR STUFF AND THEN A MAN COMES TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS IN A INTIMIDATING AND THREATNING TYPE OF WAY . AFTER READING ALL THE STUFF THEY HAVE RUINED IN THE REVIEWS IM STARTING TO THINK THOSE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE BOUGHT OR FAMILY/FRIENDS.

Worst service ever. You go there means you’re going to waste your money and time. I drop jacket with very small stains and they give me back like that they don’t even try to clean and just charge me $12.60 and I still don’t understand what they charge me for???? When I complain they say that they don’t give any Guaranty. Then what is the point for dry cleaning, just wash at home or wear with stain even after paying. Useless place.

The owner/manager is amazing guy. It was holiday and they closed early. I email them immediately and told them that I’m travelling tomorrow morning before they open the business and would like to pick my jackets right away. The owner/manager emailed me back immediately and opened for me to pick my stuff. They have been my favourite regular dry cleaner since then.

A specialized place to take care of your Indian clothing. They understand how to steam, iron or clean suits, sarees and lenghas. Reasonably priced and they’ll do rush requests. I strongly recommend their services.

Absolutely terrible service! I had dropped off my $300 tuxedo dress shirt which has special black buttons. When I got my shirt back the buttons were completely burned off. 1 out of the 4 buttons were missing. They took absolutely no care in being careful with such a shirt. You can see another review on this page where buttons were destroyed as well so I am not the only person.So when I went in person to talk with the manager, the girl who was working in the front showed no remorse when I told her how important this shirt was and how you guys burned my buttons off. Her response was, I will put normal buttons on it. I was disappointed as she never owned up to this and requested to speak with the owner. She said the owner was not available. She never offered to take my contact info down, I had to tell her to do so. what kind of company is this who can't even own up to their mistake. Its been over a month and a half and I have still never heard back from the owner/manager like I was promised from the girl who works there. Ppl go somewhere else to get your dry cleaning done. There are way more reputable companies in the area. This was not the first time I got this shirt dry cleaned either. The previous place I got it done from did an amazing job and I didn't have burned buttons. I made the mistake by going to this company. Terrible customer service. Still waiting on the owner to contact me. Getting the buttons replaced is going to cost way over their budget so I know they wont be doing that 8-)

Avoid this business at any cost. We gave them our winter jackets and couple of other pieces for dry cleaning. They completely ruined my mom’s $350 Ralph lauren jacket by removing and breaking the zipper that attached that fur to its hood. And they didn’t bother letting us know about it or trying to fix the zip. The piece was attached to the jacket with a safety pin.Another incident was with another coat when they forgot about the pick up date and they decided to just hand over that coat without drycleaning by just putting it in the plastic…The girl at the counter is also quite rude so its beat to avoid this business.

Worst dry cleaner. They ruin my two essential hoodies..that almost cost me $500 bucks. All the girls on the counter serving the customer are rude. No manners to speak and work done with dry cleaning thing was very bad. Avoid taking their services.

I have used Save On Dry Cleaners over many years. I keep using them as they have always done a good job with my clothing and I have not had any issues with them. I plan to continue using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for good dry cleaners.
