I was skeptical at first but after a few emails , the customer service of Roy was great . My order was a two shore post threaded custom cable . It was not for your typical car lift hoist that they are made for but I ordered it for a power gate on my Japan truck and it works exactly as the oem cable that broke on the truck . Great business and serviceCheers !
