Contacted this business over 1 month prior to our move-in date and arranged with them to come out the day we took possession of our new home to provide us with a quote and then clean the home asap. Followed up 1 week prior just to ensure all was in place and Gordon said it was. Received a phone call from Gordon today (our possession date) saying they would be delayed coming out today to provide the quote and also that cleaning could not be done asap as they are now busier than expected. Very poor service on their part - would not recommend them - not a professional company to deal with.

I can sum up our experience with this business. The only good reviews on google are from the two owners of this business (Gordon and Dio) and from one of the owner's sons. Dio, who did the cleaning for my mother in-law is rude, overbearing and either does not listen or cannot understand basic, simple instructions.
