Good services

My wife was referred to Rumsey Centre after spending 3 weeks in University Ave rehab. They wanted to repeat all assignments that she already did and to send another report to Ministry of Transportation, after already being cleared to drive by ophthalmologist. She had to go there 3 times (50 minutes drive) just for orientation and assessments. It's all about money. She refuse to continue with those clowns.

After having a double bypass at Sunnybrook back in 2017 I was referred by them to go to the Rumsey Centre for Rehab. It was the best decision I ever made. The staff was amazing helping my classmates and I to get better and have a healthy life. Thank you staff❤

Helpful staff. Great rehab facility

I have been going to Toronto rehab since 2012 ish for my annual follow-ups and I will say when I was younger they were very helpful and even helped me get my license. But it seems like they've written me off as unimportant because I went for my checkup last year and complained that I was getting headaches and that I was worried it was related to my brain injury. And the doctor tried to talk to me but the other lady just brushed it off insisting that if it wasn't at the beginning of the brain injury then it can't be related. So I went to the optometrist today and it turns out that my eyes have been strained related to the brain injury causing headaches and I wish they had looked into it last year so I wouldn't have had to endure this pain over the last year. But basically they just check everything off on the paper and then kicked me out.
