I'm a retailer and it's a big headache to work with this company. Unwanted auto orders, auto order refusal charges, long wait times for returns to be credited. If you want to sell their products make sure you read every details of the agreement.

I am changing my brand because next king size original smoke way to fast which means they are not packing the tobacco enough in their cigarettes which means of course you smoke more cigarettes and they make more money because we buy more and they put less tobacco in a smoke I discovered this when I tapped the filter end on the table and the tobacco went down over a quarter of an inch

Garbage company. Garbage customer service. Stupid Managers and Accountants. They haven't returned my money for cigarette order that was sent from their stupid automated system after selling my business to another person and even though i had notified them before selling my business not to send any automated orders. The new owner refused to receive the order and it was sent back. I talked to them and i was told its going to take up to 6 weeks to get my money back. After 9 months and after calling them for more than 40 times they haven't returned my money yet and all they do is telling the most stupid excuses i have ever heard in my life.

The changes made to the cigarettes are like smoking illegal bagged cigarettes-No markings on filter, filter way longer than before, tobacco has to be different and loosely rolled . Causing sore throats in my family yet we are paying same price!!!This Company needs to take the consumers complaints seriously and make changes or reduce price!!!!!Cutting back on the quality will not double your profit because your going to lose consumers!!!! Give us back the original!!!!!!

The worst tobacco company to place order with, money stealers. They will never deliver orders on time & will auto withdraw money from your account. Their customer service department would be nice at first while making an account but then after no one will respond on any of your issues neither they will answer your calls on time as they have the worst annoying telephone systems that doesn't transfer call to the operator. Being a tobacco retailer I sincerely request all the businesses to stop buying from them as their pathetic customer experience and prices are high no point get from a wholesaler.

I have stopped smoking Canadian Classics after many, many,many years as they burn down far to fast , 4.5 minutes to be exact, it use to be that one lasted me for almost my whole break now I smoke two, so that means on top of government taxes it is twice as expensive, I now smoke another brand and made sure to google who owned that brand to make sure it wasn't you because I don't like being taken advantage of, it is only a couple of grand for you a year but the other cigarettes last much longer and I will be loyal to my new brand, bye shysters
