I called to pay my bill. This can be done on-line, but I had a problem with my login and password and the password reset didn't work. Rayna walked me through the process (turns out I had transposed my user name and login). She was very patient and helpful!

In the past couple of years we always get a bin for our seasonal business and it has been great! Very helpful. Trying to get a bin for this season has been a frustrating nightmare however, I have contacted Waste Connections via email, phone, social media and contact form several times for months to no avail. I have had to switch companies.

The truck drivers are so lazy. They dump and make a mess. Come out of their trucks to have a smoke. Look at the mess. And continue on. This company is horrible. Go with waste Management.

They told one of our employees to sign for a new garbage bin to be delivered but it turns out the backside of the paper had a hidden 5 year contract. We didn't find out until we went to cancel the service (they miss a lot of pickup days and are almost twice as expensive as other options in Kamloops) and when we asked for a copy of the contract the territory manager Kevin came in, yelled at my coworker, and stormed out. Definitely don't do business with these guys.
