Oil City Crane Service Ltd

On May 22rd Oil City Crane arrived to install a hot tub in our back yard. On setup, they realized that it would end up cracking the driveway, they halted operations and i was told that they would need a larger crane due to the long reach needed from the roadway.( I had been told prior to the start, that the job could be done from the driveway.) This caused a delay in the installers for the hookup of the hot tub as well as the water truck that was needed. On May 22nd with the larger crane, the hot tub was installed without issue. On completion i was expecting some issue with the cost but was told that due to their failure to install it the first day, the cost of the job was on them. I was totally impressed with the way they handled it! Very good customer service!!
