Attractive store for everything kitchen and accessories. Glad that this Stokes is still open. We got two sets of great steak knives and a few other well-priced items.

Went in today looking for specific item, was obviously looking around and the two staff members never greeted us coming in and had no desire to come assist just stayed behind counter.I went to counter with phone in hand to show them what I was looking for and one girl looked up at me and then continued to look at other girls phone and then finally assisted me.Poor customer service all around.

I purchased 20 dining place settings. One plate had a very small imperfection. We asked if we could get it replaced. Stokes online immediately sent us 2 plates. Wow, talk about great service. Stokes products are of very good quality and the service is great.Thank you Stokes.
