Worst experience. Sales associates statements do not match at all. One says item can be returned within 30 days. And when you go the very next day, they say sorry we cannot do that. Makes no sense at all. Will never go to store again.

When we entered the store, the lady was talking nicely but as soon as we selected something from a discount section she started being rude. She was not at all helpful and after purchasing something we asked her if everything is in the bag and she said yes but when we checked it we saw that some of the things were missing from a bag. We told her and she didn’t even apologized and just kept the missing item on table and left. Not at all recommended

Fae just ruined the entire Pandora experience for me - she was very aloof, and the least bit helpful in anything. She acted like I did her wrong from the get go and made the entire time uncomfortable and awkward as I just wanted to purchase something nice after a long day at work. Like I owed her for grabbing charms I wanted to see. Mind you, it was not busy at all. Was just me and one other customer.Regardless, I chose to be nice to her despite her poor behaviour and I still made a big purchase. I shouldn't have honestly. Will never shop here again, not like it will matter to management or this brand.

Three girls standing in the store behind the counter. No one else in the store (Boxing Day) asked if I could get my bracelet cleaned. They said no. Never going back there again. Clearly I'm a pandora customer and no other customer is in the store and they couldn't help me ? Not cool. Will never go back there. Would rather by online or visit another location.

One nice customer service person, the other was horrible!! I asked to see the rings & she hovered over me as if I was going to steal the whole tray! I asked her about a certain ring & she snapped back with “ it has been discontinued for 4 years!!! ( like I knew!!!!)Then when picking up my “4” bracelets that they were cleaning ,I was looking through the catalog, well, she almost threw the bracelets at me ( no mention of how I liked the cleaning!!) & quickly closed the catalog while I was looking at it!!!! Don’t know what her problem is( with me ???!!!or…) , but I will NEVER go back to St Vital Pandora!!! Gail Rogers

Worst customer service when it is busy.2 times now I have been there and the staff proceed to server people that came into the store after me. They really need to work on a better system during the holidays. The store is not built for the type of business they do during the holidays.Service after the holidays and before the holidays is great. I have always had a great experience through the year.They usually have what I want in stock but occasionally they don’t and this is to be expected.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had the pleasure of being assisted by the Store Manager and she was beyond helpful.Made it easy to pick out gifts for my wife.Will definitely come back more than a few times...
