Very helpful staff. I was surprised after talking to a member at the counter they followed me to the bank machine to make sure my bank card worked. Very personal caring service.

No COVID19 safety at all!!! The gentleman on the left was serving me and then two other men came in and they stood right beside me and one of the men didn’t even have a proper mask on!!! There’s stickers on the floor telling people where to stand and so we could keep space for safety!! I asked the staffs to space out and move to the counter on the right, but they both refused and said cuz that’s where her station is!!! It’s just a simple Log-off and Log-on with a different computer thing, but they put their personal convenience above the Covid Safety of customers!!!
