Today we were at this Starbucks and a very sweet employee chatted with my son about Super Smash Bros and video games while we were waiting for our drinks. I so appreciate someone taking the time to make my sons day and the pup cup for our copilot was lovely as well. I wish I got his name so he could get the proper accolade's he deserves, like a raise!

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong location. The staff here prepared the order for me without hesitation and were so kind and understanding. The restaurant is clean and everything was quick and efficient. Really appreciate the above and beyond customer service.

Stopped by Starbucks for a quick treat for the family. My wife greatly enjoyed her cold brew, and the children enjoyed their cake pops. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is quite clean & tidy.The only thing we were surprised about with this particular location is that there are only 4 small round tables with 3 chairs each located inside. So, if said tables are occupied, you may be taking your coffee/food to go, or if you're almost done your order, you may be inclined to leave so that other patrons have a place to sit.

Always had great experiences here until today. I Ordered an iced caramel macchiato this morning and the milk was definitely expired. The milk was chunky and floating around. Will not be coming back.

I am always impressed by the staff that work here! They always have the best attitudes and the few times I have been to this location everyone is exceptionally friendly and fun to talk to.

They ask for tips in the DRIVE THRU!!! Not sure if this is a new thing but this was my first visit to this Starbucks and I’ve never been asked for tips at another Starbucks Drive Thru. Ridiculous. I’m a very generous tipper in restaurants, hair salons, taxis. I’ll happily tip inside Starbucks because chances are I sat at a table someone later had to clean. But this is too much. I used my gas, to drive up to your window, where you moved my drink 10 feet from the machine to my hand. I won’t be coming back.

Everything about this Starbucks was pristine. I truly have no notes!The decor was breathtaking, modern, and uniquely different from other locations. It’s located in a plaza that emphasizes this, and makes it feel like part of a community hub.There is a drive thru, as well as in store and mobile ordering, and all seemed to have great service.The team members were pillars of professionalism!

Steven, Chris and the team at this location are SO kind and gracious. I had a very large order to fulfill during a busy time and they were all so happy giving the best vibes and completed my order quickly. They even packed my order into a large box, offered to take my order to my vehicle. I will forever use this location while I’m in Sherwood Park. Thank you all for your service today, absolutely made my day <3
