My ring is my engagement ring that my husband got from the North York location 36 years ago. At the time my husband paid to have the ring re-sized and when it came back it did not meet the high standards set by the company so it was redone. When it was done the second time it was exceptional and still has the same fine quality as it did in the beginning. I will have to replace the jewellery box but that is expected. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. We’ve moved away but we’re so pleased that there are 2 locations now. Congratulations and much more success to you and your team.

He was so polite and an amazing guy, he walked me through every detail to create my new fiances dream ring. i couldnt have asked for a better person to create her ring. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring from Emilian Jewellery after getting a necklace repaired here that I had bought at another store, and had a great experience working with David. He helped me create a custom ring and walked me through literally every single detail. I asked a million questions and he took the time to answer every single one, which made me feel very confident in making the purchase. We bought our wedding bands from David as well and that was another fantastic experience. He once again took the time to walk us through every option (different shapes, sizes, metals, colours, fits and finishes). We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. We’ve already recommended Emilian Jewellery to others, and will be returning ourselves for any future purchases.

I had much higher expectations walking into the store. I walk in without getting greeted, and get treated very poorly. I can’t speak for all the employees there, but the old lady with glasses is very disrespectful.

I was shopping for a very particular kind of engagement ring (more of a vintage vibe that didn't look like everything else out there) and searching online, not finding much of anything that quite matched what I had in mind.I work fairly regularly out of the Plaza where Emilian is located in Mississauga and since they had always given me excellent service for watch repair I decided to go in and ask about the rings they had, not expecting them to have what I was looking for.Fortunately, I was introduced to Steve, who I immediately felt comfortable working with and he asked me about what kind of ring I had in mind and showed me what they had in store. Nothing in store quite matched the look I wanted, which is when I pulled up a picture of exactly what I was looking for.Steve immediately said he could make that exact ring for me, no problem. I was really kind of floored that they would be able to do that and actually kind of skeptical. However Steve patiently explained the entire process to me and again put my mind at ease.I feel the need to stress that I'm the kind of person who will research a toaster for 3 months before pulling the trigger, so for someone to make me that comfortable, that quickly and for me to want to buy their product is really quite the feat.Steve spent a lot of time with me, explaining stones and their quality and price points, showing me examples of each so that I could pick just the right one for the ring.Once the stone was chosen, Steve had a drawing of the ring made, then a plastic mock up so I could again see what it would look like before proceeding.The entire process was smooth and easy and Steve was always available over email to answer my questions or see me at short notice. An engagement ring is no small purchase so this kind of service was very much appreciated and I always felt like I was in the best possible hands.When Steve told me the ring was ready to be picked up and I finally saw the finished product in person, I was absolutely blown away by the quality and craftsmanship and was so excited that I proposed to my beautiful future wife the very next day.The reaction? Absolutely unforgettable. She said yes! And has been in love with the ring from the moment she laid eyes on it. Everyone that sees it compliments her on it. I can't wait to go back for the wedding band when the time comes.A huge thank you to Steve for all of his patience and understanding and for making a ring that is almost beautiful enough to match my future wife :-)

We have purchased everything from custom jewellery, ready-to-buy jewellery, and some watches from Emilian Jewellery. David has been nothing short of amazing to deal with each time. I don't normally post reviews but I have going to this jewellery store for close to 25 years albeit at 3 different locations. I recently had the opportunity to again do business with them. As usual, they went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with David and most recently Steven. Steven went out of his way to help me with some delicate probate issues involving jewellery for which I was very grateful.

I had a fantastic 5-star worthy experience beginning to end getting a custom engagement ring made with David at Emilian. David is the youngest of three generations who work out of the Erin Mills location. This is reassuring when you're buying an engagement ring, as it was my first major jewelry purchase, and I could tell I was dealing with professionals who knew the craft. David's expertise is top-notch with custom ring design and consultation. He was patient with me, as I had no clue where to begin. He brought me through a number of existing ring designs to get inspiration. We landed on a design sketch that I was excited about, which David then turned into a 3D CAD design to give a 360 conceptual view. As an extra level of reassurance, he made a 3D wax mould that I was able to get a sense of the size, look and unique design features. The delivery of the final ring blew away my expectations, combining the heirloom rings into a timeless masterpiece. Pleased to share that she said YES, her jaw dropped, and tears flowed seeing the most beautiful ring in the world (maybe I'm biased as they have lots of beautiful rings).THANK YOU, EMILIAN, for the perfect engagement ring experience.
