My experience with Dr. Arvin has been a very pleasant one. He knows how to address my lower back pain and shoulder issues and I do see the improvement within a short period of time already. I have also been taught a few key strengthening exercises and this has given me more flexibility and strength throughout my day. I have had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Arvin Sepahdoost for his chiropractic and acupuncture services, including electroacupuncture over the last 6-months. All I can say is that my experience has been fantastic and very beneficial.Firstly, the clinic itself is modern, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I stepped inside. Dr. Arvin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns before recommending a personalized treatment plan.The chiropractic adjustments are gentle but effective, and I felt immediate relief in my back and neck, but specifically in my shoulders. The acupuncture treatment is also excellent - I have had acupuncture before, but the electroacupuncture was a new experience for me. The mild electric current really seemed to enhance the benefits of the needles, and I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Arvin and his chiropractic and acupuncture services. The combination of these two therapies, including electroacupuncture, proved to be a great combination for my body and mind. Dr. Sepahdoost is a life saver! I had sever back pain a while ago and while other chiropractors tried to sell me Physio packages, Dr. Arvin and his team took the matter very seriously and managed to help me get a diagnosis from a specialist for a very serious life/death situation. Dr. Arvin is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and a great personality to work with. I strongly recommend him and his services 100%!

I really appreciate you doc, coz your chiropractic treatment worked so fast and it's not really complicated. I had a really painful back pain, I went see the doc after he requested to me ten sessions, now I did only five sessions, now I got back same and he is so friendly, I never seen like that doc before. I observed that I had been experiencing growing pain and tightness in my right shoulder and back area. I figured it was probably due to lack of exercise. As a result, I noticed the agitation was getting worse and the pain was now travelling down my right arm making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It was time to take action, so I made the call to see Dr. Arvin. He diagnosed my problem and thru weekly sessions, provided the necessary treatment and action to cure me of my pain. He also provided me with exercises to help keep the pain from recurring. A Professional and very knowledgeable Chiropractor that is determined to help clients seek the comfort they require. I will not hesitate to refer Dr. Arvin to anyone in need of Chiropractic and Acupuncture treatment.

Dr.Arvin is incredible and super professional. He made my first experience with chiropractic a 10/10 .In 1 month I have gone from being in pain everyday to not feeling any at all.I went to him for neck pain where I couldn’t sleep for 10 months.He was wonderful in how he explained what was happening, what course of treatment he would use , and he is great at putting me at ease during the treatments. I am very grateful for his work and would highly recommend.

I started seeing Dr. Arvin after seeing a couple of physiotherapists for lower back pain and debilitating sciatica. I started experiencing immediate relief and the lower back pain and sciatica was resolved over the course of a few weeks. Dr. Arvin used different modalities (including sports medicine acupuncture) as well as showing me different exercises that I can practice at home. He shares his knowledge in a caring manner. I would recommend Dr. Arvin to anyone requiring chiropractic care (especially for back pain and sciatica).

Dr. Arvin is an excellent chiropractor who is trained in acupuncture as well! He is great at explaining the benefits of all the adjustments he does to help improve mobility of the joints. I always feel much better after every appointment!

My experience with Dr. Arvin has been extremely great. I am a national team member on the Canadian Olympic weightlifting team. As an athlete I need adjustments and an overall maintenance of my body to keep myself in good shape for competitions. I go to Dr. Arvin for all my chiropractic & physiotherapy needs. He is very professional and listens very attentively. I used to have an issue with my knee when squatting. After a few sessions with Dr. Arvin it quickly resolved itself. I have foot orthotics now that I would not have figured out I needed. I use them in my weightlifting shoes. Highly recommend his Clinic for all your needs to stay in good physical health!
