60+ years...tear it down now. Big useless front area. SAD

Bad roach problem and terrible management.

The apartments and the hallways were filthy and there was even a bad odor as soon as you walled through the doors for the price they are charging it is ridiculous.

This building is a disgrace. Briar lane and the office managers, Doug, Sharon and Doris are all extremely incompetent. The one week that they were on vacation, the building improved drastically from the step in manager actually doing her job properly. They ignore complaints even if you file them using hardcopy documentation. If you call for any reason, instead of receiving help, you are given sass and talked down to. Extremely unprofessional people in every sense of the word. The entire building is infested with german cockroaches AND bed bugs. Pest control parked out back weekly. The heat is kept on in the hottest of days making the units extremely uncomfortable. The building is filthy. There is ALWAYS trash outside and in the stairwells. My apartment was entered without any notice on MULTIPLE occasions, giving a total lack of privacy. I have NOTHING good to say about this place. If you value a good quality of life, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

A wonderful community. Great location. Huge units. Terrific team. Briarlane sucks, but the supers onsite are wonderful.
