The ice cream was really good! However the woman working today didn’t really give good customer service though….she gave us an attitude and it made us really uncomfortable

In purdys located at sunridge MallThey do not use gloves to serve the product.I just want to mention that the person who is selling ice cream in sunridge mall location never use gloves. I was in line and I saw her touching credict card from a customer and then touching the ice cream cone. I talked to her, she just said sorry . One week later I saw her doing the same. that is unaceptable expecially on this period of time with the pandemic of covid. it is unaceptable even whithout pandemic . On monday october 5 2020 at 5 pm she was doing the same ( selling ice cream cone whithout gloves.

I usually go to this location and have no problems. I bought some chocolates and i decided to try sum. I go to have a mini hedgehog and THERE WAS A HAIR IN THE CHOCOLATE!! I let them melt in my mouth and i literally could feel it on my tongue from the chocolate. So gross and too short to be mine!

It feels so good to enjoy this ice cream bar again. The quality was consistent and it tasted exactly the same as the old days. I like 3 dips of chocolate coating best. The ice cream bar was super crunchy & tasty with the chocolate coating and almonds bits. I know the price keeps on going up, but this is a nice treat to have every once in a while.

So I bought a number of chocolates on their glass panel beside the counter and ended paying more than the value of the chocolate bars on the shelves (which i intend to buy). I actually thought they are super expensive but when i had the first bite of this chocolate square, I realize you really get what you paid for.I had milk chocolate caramel with Himalayan Salt and the dark chocolate version. And i cant help but munch on them til I get home. Imagine the - mild salty taste of Himalayan Salt perfectly blending with the sweetness of caramel but not overpowering the rich and creamy cocoa - its a sure PALATABLE wonder you have to experience.

5 minute before closing they already closed their ice cream section. Worse mentality to run a business ever. Your service time is 10am to 8pm so products should be sold from 10am to 8pm.
