Very warm and welcoming staff. Was easy to get an appointment. Nice and clean. They are quick and efficient, yet very thorough. So glad to have an X-ray and ultrasound clinic in walking distance. Thank you!

hello I would like to know how much the eco costs since I do not have health insurance, I am new to Canada for 3 months and I just realized that I am 5-6 weeks pregnant.

Attended this facility for my entire pregnancy. Never any long lines or wait times. Technician was great every time BUT…. Being my 1st pregnancy, my husband and I did NOT want to know the gender of our baby. At the start of the ultrasound I told the technician that I did not want to find out the gender and that we wanted to be surprised at birth. During the ultrasound, with the room pitch black looking only at the ultrasound machine, the technician starts her usual checkup explaining everything on the computer screen. Knowing my eyes are peeled to the screen she types the word “gender” followed by my baby’s chromosomes code. I was devastated!!! At that moment I now knew the gender and was beyond upset for this ruin of a once in a life time surprise. When I questioned why the technician would do that she all of sudden pretended her English wasn’t good and that she didn’t understand me. No apology, she wrapped up the appt and was out of the room in an instant. This was 2 years ago and still heart wrenching thinking about it.

Service was okay, but they really need more female technicians. I didn't appreciate that my abdominal ultrasound was completed by a male technician. I even overheard an elderly woman repeatedly being told by a male technician she had to remove all of her bottom clothing (except undergarments) and he was not adequately explaining why. The woman seemed really uncomfortable by this request. Having female technicians would help with this, surely.I would have appreciated being asked if having a male technician was okay with me, and if not, then I could reschedule or book elsewhere.

Beyond disappointed with service here. Appointment was booked weeks in advance. To accommodate their technicians time I was changed from afternoon to morning appointment on the same day. They had called 4 times that week to confirm the new time and confirmed it was the same date. When I show up for the appointment with a full bladder and blood work to follow, they told me it was changed to the following day and nothing they could do about this. I will never be returning here or referring here.

I booked my appointment here for my 20 week pregnancy ultrasound and I was so impressed with the experience. Right from the very beginning of when I booked my appointment over the phone, the receptionist was very warm and answered all my questions with patience. Then the day of my appointment, again, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I waited no more than 2mins before being called in and the ultrasound technician was so nice and professional. She truly made my husband and my experience very special. It's our first baby and when she showed us the ultrasound screen she was very excited for us and took her time to point out what we were looking at. She then printed the most amazing pictures for us afterwards.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is incredible. Clean, kind & professional, what more could you want? Thank you for making our ultrasound such a wonderful experience to look back on.

This clinic was very professional. I had to bring my daughter for an ultrasound of her knee. The doctor was friendly and patient with her. The wait was a bit long but to be fair, I walked in for an appointment. In comparison to the other clinics in the community, they've given me a top tier experience

Care provided at this clinic was professional, polite, efficient and kind. Appointments ran on time. Clean facility. Reminder phone call and text sent prior to appointment with clinic details. I would not hesitate to return to this lab for future Xraya or ultrasounds.

Was looking for a place to get all my pregnancy ultrasounds done and I'm so glad I found this place! Convenient, with parking, AMAZING staff, super flexible to get appointments, minimal waiting time, new equipments.I was given a couple of nice, very clear prints of my baby, even before I asked.The person assisting me was so sweet and caring, made us feel very welcomed and seems genuinely happy to be doing that!My new go-to place! Will recommend to anyone!
