The Discount guys got my call at a little before 7am after we came back from vacation, and they were at my house at 8:30 to help get my septic cleaned. Discovered my tanks where overfull, called to get them pumped and they said they can make me first in the morning ( I called after 4pm) Marty was there before 8am to get us pumped, found an issue with my left station and they had me repaired in a couple days, over a holiday weekend to boot. Great fast friendly service, everyone was easy and great to deal with !!! Highly recommend!

I called to make an appointment to have my septic tank drained asap. To my surprise they said they'd be able to make it same day. Not even 2 hours later Mike was here and ready to work! Very friendly and professional and answered every question I had. Nice equipment and took maybe half hour. To top it off they were the cheapest of the 3 places I talked to. Thanks and see you in a few years!

I am very pleased with this company. We called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to pump our tank Tuesday morning. They called prior to arrival and let me know the estimated time of arrival and were very courteous. Our tank was literally filled to the brim with solid waste and they were able to clear the tank completely. The owner/operator was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They offered a fair price for an excellent service (I know because I checked prices before selecting Discount Septic). Overall I am very pleased and recommend them to others.

I couldn't be happier with their services! Selena was so nice and accommodating to get us scheduled. Mike took the time to explain some of the concerns I had and was patient with all of my questions. They gave us some recommendations to try to see if we could take care of the concerns ourselves. I highly, highly recommend them!
