My fave place to buy drinks!They always remember me and I love how the staff is friendly with customers AND each other, makes for a super inviting friendly atmosphere and its the reason i keep coming back.They also have a great selection of single cans and they have ice too!

Customer service in Surrey Central Liquor store is very poor. All night shift customer officer especially the woman do not have neat of customer service. I do not know if they know the philosophy of customers and why customer service is very reason why they have money in their pocket every fortnight. I am one of the longest and regular customer who give more tips to the officers. Even though I have been good to them and know them very well at personal level and giving tips to them, they do not have sense of decency and respect. These night shift woman act like police and always command customers to leave the store. I have witnessed myself several times customers fighting with these customer services officers because they do not have customer service skills to resolve conflicts between customers or between them. I have been observing all these and I come to realized they night shift customer officer do not care about customers. One time I was approached to leave the store and I told them I am a regular customer, and they said, we have lot of customers like you. I have been observing these same customer officers in since 2020, 2021 and now 2022, but they have not changed a bit. I was taught that customers are the kings and queens, they are the ones brining money into the business so when you deal with customers, treat them with respect. Surrey Central Liquor store customer officers do not know the importance of customer service. At the same time the price of the alcohol increased drastically with re-useable bag price increased from $.25 to $2.00 from 2020 to 2021. I presume this year 2022, the price of re-usable bag will increase from $2.00 to $2.50 or $5.00 before end of 2022. We love alcohol and never take into account the mistreatments of the customer services officer and prices of the alcohol. This time onwards, I am not important any more and will never go to Surrey Central Liquor ever again to buy alcohol.

Wow all the staff are amazing they should totally get some raises!! Love the prices its as if i have a discount.

These people are super chill. There are like 4 people I feel like I've gotten to know very well. Service is excellent, I love the sense of community when they remember me. Shout out William(employee) for helping me find the perfect 6 pack of coolers for my girl.

The staff is too rude make weird faces, girl is actually rude and pretend that she is a celebrity, dude you are just a cashier there. Btw you owe me 3 dollar which you didn't give me back and made weird faces.Humble request to owner change your staff or teach them how to behave in work place.

Super friendly and amazing staff! Awesome selection, rayne is always SO friendly and cheerful hands down my favorite cashier there!
