Dandy Salon Spa

I went to Dandy salon yesterday and had hair cur services from Candice.worst worst worst experience .I had such a long hair and but Candice kept telling me oh I have volumes in my hair and smooth straight so I can't see any difference. she chopped my hair too short plus no style..what a worst hairdresser she is .she kept on telling oh my hair is heavy. what the f*****.she did not know what the heck she was doing. I have shown her the picture still nothing rather in the end she was so so super rude and .never never go to her.i always use spasation and never ever had to face this. This is worst decision of me going for my long hair .I am so passed off that why why why did I spent almost 100 dollars for such a rude hair dresser.I wish I could rate her in MINUS.

I’ve been coming here for years and can’t recommend them enough. Teresa is an exceptional aesthetician and my go-to for all waxing, manicures, and pedicures. Candace is the best hair stylist I’ve ever seen - from colouring to cuts to styling for events, she’s the best. Prices are reasonable and not out of touch compared to other options, and the experience offered is exceptional - tea, steamed towels, alcohol if you like… enjoy!

Trendy and amazing!!!Customer care is definitively on top of their priority! Starts with a hot towel and cream for your hand while you wait, coffee? Tea? Wine? Choose your weapon! I had a shampoo and hairstyle done by Taya and she rocked that skul massage, I was in heaven! Hairstyle turned out super cute, she really did like showned on the pic! I'll be back and bring a friend, this is my new girl date spot!!! Highly recommendedHer supervisor was also a gem!!!Can't wait to go back!!!

I have been coming to Dandy for almost 10 years now for various hair services - all with Candace. I have had many hair cuts, highlights, colours, and more recently balayage. Candace provides a fantastic service, I have never once been disappointed. Even as a customer for nearly 10 years, she always goes over the pricing of expensive services (balayage in particular). She is very friendly and easy to talk to as well which is always an added bonus! The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and modern and they always offer you water, tea, and a warm hand towel. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. I have sent many friends to Candace and they continue to be happy customers as well.

I had a shellac manicure done by Delores before a 2 week trip. She was incredibly professional and did an excellent job. My nails lasted the entire trip and still look great! Very relaxing experience, I won't be going anywhere else now!

I've been to Dandy salon three times now, I've had a body wrap, body polish, and a stone fusion massage. My stone fusion massage (most recent spa treatment of mine) was done by Tammy who was very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place for some good pampering and relaxation

Went here to help out a student, and I was very pleased with the service and over all the people. Extremely helpful nice and very homey. I will definitely be referring friends and family and will very much be coming back too book future appointments

As someone who doesn’t get hair/nail/eyebrow services too often I was a bit timid stepping into the salon/spa but I truly understand why Dandy is top rated in Edmonton. From start to finish I felt completely taken care of by all of the staff. Theresa did an amazing job with threading my eyebrows and with the manicure and was super accommodating to my needs and in walking me through everything. She made me feel at ease as it was my first time with the services provided. As for stylists I was really lucky in getting Molly to look after my hair (for a cut and colour). She was really gentle with my hair and always asking if I was doing okay, making sure I was comfortable. She was very accommodating to my needs especially as I had come back to get some touch ups. She was super understanding and honestly so kind and receptive to my requests that I was genuinely so grateful. She did an amazing job with my hair and it is exactly what I had wanted. Both Theresa and Molly are experts in their fields and I would recommend them to anyone visiting the salon/spa. I don’t think I’ve ever had quite such an amazing experience in a salon before. Definitely a 5/5 experience. Thank you, Molly, Theresa and Dandy!

This was my first time coming & i will never be returning... worst experience ever... i was nothing but friendly and courteous even if I was injured by Renee and my services cut short for no reason... being told I'm a bully when I'm the farthest thing from one... Thank you to Vanessa for being sweet & trying her best to turn this horrible day around for me... do better and be nicer to your customers! We are the reason you are in business! Nobody should ever have to leave a spa CRYING for any reason... unprofessional & unacceptable!
