Reliance Auto Mechanic

Brought my car in for safety inspection and they found my tires and break pads needed to be replaced. They actually pulled me into the garage to visually see the problems. They ordered the parts needed right away so it would come the next day. When the parts came, they finished the job quickly as promised. The staff were very transparent about both service and pricing throughout the process. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous.They informed me of the benefits of being a Reliance member.Overall I was impressed with the service I received.

My usual mechanic was away on holidays and my Honda Accord would not start. I need my vehicle for work so it was imperative that I get back on the road.I called and Michelle was so pleasant and helpful. They took me in right away and Mohammed got me driving again the next day. They explained the problem with the car and fixed it as quickly as possible. it turns out it was a loose wire on the negative battery terminal.I found this place to be competent, pleasant and knowledgeable. I thought that the pricing was fair as it took some time to find the problem.It was such a relief to find a mechanic's shop that I can trust.Thank you so much for assisting me with my car!!

Found this place online through some great reviews. Was a but hesitant to visit just based on some reviews but gave it a shot. Was welcomed right away as i was able to book an appointment online a night before that too for a Sat morning. Mohammad & crew were prompt in updating of what needed to be done & what the cost (genuine) would be. I decided to get all 4 brake pads & rotors changed as recommended with high quality genuine parts. Was given timely updates, no bs like witnessed at other places. Would highly recommend them if u ever are in need of any auto repairs. Great customer service & very welcoming atmosphere....i've found my togo place for my vehicle care & maintenance, i suggest you try it too & you will feel the same.

Overpriced, poor service. Tried charging me $1000 to replace my AC compressor while everyone else charged $550-$700. THEN they left a tool sitting in between my windshield and hood. Never again.

This is in my opinion the best ship I have found so far in Brampton. They gave me a price for the repair I needed with no hassle or extras. My wife dropped off my truck and they shuttled her back home without her even asking, and she was told that it was going to be 4hrs and they did it in 2hrs. Great service!

General Manager Meshell was an absolute joy to deal with. She runs you thru everything from registering your info and explaining the transactions. Their main mechanic Mohamad is a true expert in his field. I went in to have a car I bought safety certified (seller I bought it from assured me it will pass safety with no issues at all), but only to find out that the car actually has so many problems that it can't even be driven out of the shop that day. Mohamad explained everything that needs to be fixed so as to get it certified in a way that assures me that the car will be in tip-top shape with quality work done on it. When I was called that the car is ready for pickup, I went to the shop and everything that was done to it was shown to me (all the bad parts that they've removed and showed me the new parts that are placed in the car itself). The quality of work they did was amazing. This helped me ease all the stress I had then after buying the car since now I know the car is in really good condition. And it is, since I've driven it now for a week after the service in Reliance Auto Mechanic, and the car drives like a dream. Thank you very much Mohamad, Meshell and team for the wonderful service you gave me. I would definitely recommend you to anyone.

I had to get an Engine swap so I could drive back to Nova Scotia from Ontario and Reliance Auto has been very patient with me and tried their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Samantha has wonderful customer service and is a joy to talk to and Michelle has wonderful customer service and helped out with getting me parts as soon as possible. The guys in the shop were very kind and understanding when I talked to them and they got the work done at a good pace.
