I’d give negative stars here if I could.Back to back horrible experience with the solutionShop print staff. The first day they told me the store was closed 10 min before actually closing; the second day I found my pictures I ordered for print sitting out in the open on their counter for everybody to see. When I asked if it’s normal practice, I got the nastiest of attitudes in return. Then she packaged my pictures, dropped them on the counter, didn’t say a word to me and moved onto the next customer.Customer service and kindness are clearly a bottom of the list priority which is quite unfortunate.

No support or help when asked for.2 cashiers stood playing on their phones while customers were ignored.I finally ended my experience on a positive note. I should have taken the name of the staffer who finally helped me. He should have gotten 5 stars!

This is one of my most favorite Staples. They have everything you need for your office work from home, pens, notebooks, and all of your favorite Samsung Electronics and gadgets. I love staples, and especially the electronics section at this Staples. They Sales Associates are all so lovely, professional and helpful. Especially today, a lovely woman helped me with my laptop sleeve.

Customer service is truly lacking in this store. Staff are rude and not willing to be helpful. Their answer to product and pricing questions is “I don’t know“ or “look on the website”. Also, when trying to call the store to speak to someone to provide feedback, nobody answers even after trying to call a few times.

- They have very good products with many varieties- The quality of the products very good- The electronic products are good too- The price very reasonable- The only issue is the customer service, who is working on cashers are slow motion, same issue if you want to return any item to them

As other have posted the customer service at this location sucks. They have a greeter that stood at the front but was to shy to say hi. When I came to drop off my FedEx package they had 4 representatives behind the counter. 1 was with customers while the other where chitchatting. I finally caught a reps attention and she placed my package in cabinet and gave me a receipt. It literally took 1min but I had to wait 10mins because of poor customer service. Plus it was dead in there, it wasn’t like they were busy on Sunday lol

Went here earlier today and the staff were blatantly ignoring customers because it seemed like providing service was based on if they felt like it or not. This location is well placed and I feel like the business would be booming if they changed the staff. I'm not returning to this location.

Their products are always so well organized and in the right places. The staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable, if they don't know the answer they always find someone who does. Prices are generally fair. I always enjoy this store.

This is a great store for all kinds of office and Home-Office supplies and furniture. I have bought so many things here in the past few years: printers, paper, pens, ink cartridges, office chairs, keyboards and stand-up desks. I have been happy with all of my purchases.The prices are reasonable. The staff are super helpful and friendly.
