First time getting my nails done here. It was so bad. I showed her the picture she said she can do it, but unfortunately couldn’t. I literally wanted glitter base with white tips and she couldn’t do the tips. Then she was like I did my best that’s all I can do. So now since they have charged me $51 for a set of acrylics and she didn’t do the tips. I came home with clear glitter nails. I’m just confused at how can they get 4.3 star rating. Maybe this salon should only do pedicures and manicures. They can not do fake nail applications. The prices are high for the service they give. Tbh I would’ve payed $30 for my nails but, didn’t wanted to argue. I’m not even sure if I’ll get some of my money back. The nail tech was Mary btw.

This was my first time with them & it’s the worst service. Definitely quality of work was not worth the money. Keeping that aside I can’t believe if you could be rude to customers. The person was rushing to finish the service & dint pay attention to what you request I’m surprised to see so many good reviews which makes me wonder if the quality of service varies based on specific clientele. I’m sure there are many other places in Milton which treats you fair and respects their customers.

I love my pedi’s with JE Nails. So relaxing and they do such a wonderful job and are so friendly!

I’ve been coming here for years and used to love them! Came every 3-4 weeks and they were always so professional and did a good job but lately they have not been doing good with their customer service. I am always rushed out even though I call ahead and book an appointment it seems like they’re always overbooked and yet don’t say no to walk ins - because as soon as a new customer comes in I am rushed! And you can tell by the way they rush through their steps not taking into account that some steps can be painful especially around the cuticle or when they’re shaping my nails and get too close to my skin. Susan is probably the best there and even if she has a line up of people waiting for her she takes her time! But the owner, does not.I’m also always yelled at for “not relaxing my fingers or toes” or the other day I got yelled at for asking her for her opinion on colours. Honestly I could put up with all that if the nails turned out okay in the end but they’re not!They’re only getting two stars only for Susan, she’s nice and she’s always getting yelled at too.I used to like getting my nails done and used it as a chance to relax and pamper myself (as you should!) but now it’s just stressful and don’t appreciate getting yelled at!

This terrible salon tried taking advantage of my mother by giving her different nails than she had asked for and even upcharged her as she has difficulty speaking english. Racist atmosphere as well since the moment we had walked in. TERRIBLE SALON, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They completely rush and do everything fast, they promise a look they cannot deliver. They speak rudely, complain about overbooking, and don’t even give you a chance to speak. The first pick is what I wanted with out the sparkles and rhinestones, and the second pic is what I got. She didn’t know how to do blue on the airbrush and she didn’t give me square. Also we paid and made an appointment for acrylics and they did two coats of dip powder on these long ag nails. I had a bridal shower later and wanted blue to match my dress which she said she can do! Then in the middle of the appointment she said she can’t do it. When I commented on something she did wrong she got irritated and defended herself but when I offered to pay half at the end she said “why didn’t you say anything earlier?” I should mention she made me sit down thirty minutes before I had to go and DRILL EACH NAIL OFF which is super bad for ur nail. I was willing to pay half but she forced us to get our nails drilled off and we paid 0$

The ladies are amazing especially Mary who did my nails. They are hard working and know how to an amazing job with your nails and don’t have a problem doing the design you want for your nails .

Rude customer service and gave my fiancé a panic attack, forced her to sit down and get her nails DRILLED off leaving majority of the acrylic on her nail and terribly cutting it (didn’t even ATTEMPT to make it look like her natural nail after messing up the service)

they messed up me and my sisters nails, completely different than what we asked for initially, started rushing because they overbooked, chunks of my nail i was picking off because it wasn’t filed correctly, filed off some of the polish not to mention, put a single coat of a glitter, took three hours for a simple pedicure and “acrylics” (used dip powder for these said “acrylics”) and then when we offered to pay half she made us sit down and get the nails DRILLED off, we didn’t pay for the acrylic nail service obviously like it’s not smart to not take what we were wanting to pay and choosing to get 0$ for 3.5 hours, despite already having customers whom she made wait. one customer was so impatient she literally was like interfering saying to just pay and leave and we’re wasting HER time and that we probably orchestrated this. it’s so sad because girls of color are expected to shut up and be grateful and they have confrontation anxiety but if a white girl has a problem she’s free to air it out without being called names and accused of being thief. i had a panic attack and started crying. she was screaming at us the owner lady and when i started recording she suddenly decided to calm down. anywho. don’t go here unless u want subpar nails. she literally said “you were nice in the beginning but now you’re rude” like of course i’m gonna be upset if my service is terrible and if u tell my sister (whose bridal shower was 1 hr later) that you can do her design then refuse it at the end completely. that’s not right. you should’ve at least gave her time to find a new design instead of huffing and puffing and rushing through your work because YOU overbooked your salon. it was super unprofessional, and my foot was cut and my cuticle was drilled during bothbservices.also- there’s a general rule of thumb. if you mess up somebody because of your services, they shouldn’t be charged (we were still willing to pay 50% and she ended up getting 0 because of her insistent personality). let me show you what she drilled my nails down to in the pictures. i was reading some reviews and it’s evident she does rush through her service but she was denying it to my face. she was also rudely saying PUT UR HAND IN THE LIGHT and sighing when my sister made a comment about something she didn’t like during the service and wonders why i felt as though i couldn’t speak up???
