Disgustingly inflated prices. I appreciated that you claim to operate a non-profit allegedly with the intention of benefitting Quebecers, but it's clear there's some serious lining of pockets going on. You're priced HIGHER than retail for Pete's sake.

I understand the risks of buying refurbished PC's. However, when you sold us the computer it seemed like all the components and the OS were brand new, but it's impossible that the computer had crashed (windows 10) 3 times in 1 year, it's not even been 2 weeks since last réparation" and windows ain't working once again. Not to mention that last time it took you a week to re-install windows and not even telling me what the problem was.In summary: Slow service and nonsense problems emerging from your device."

A had a brand new computer suddenly not posting after a month of use. The person on the phone helped me, and seemed very knowledgeable about problems with current and old hardware. I would trust this place with any laptop or desktop. My computer is now running perfectly fine!

Went to MicroBytes, they said my motherboard was dead. Went to manufacturer repairman, said my hard drive was dead. Went to Insertech, said there was dust accumulation and one year later my computer works and it cost a minor 30-50$ clean-up.

Never buy a computer from here. I bought one renews itself every hour. When i watch something screen turn off. If you buy a computer, you will be to break it. No refund

I bought a keyboard and mouse only to realize it was not the right language and returned within 1 hour of purchase... They said there was no possibility to order an english and no possibility of refund. I understand sales policies, but within one hour.. this is ridiculous.
