Almost ordered a household of furniture. So grateful an employee warned me about their return policy. Check it out before you order! Good chance by the time you lay eyes on your order its non returnable. FYI they delete poor reviews on their site...

Sold me tables that were discontinued and never caught the error. A month later I caught the error and they acted like it was my fault. Not very good customer service at all.

Kudos to Skylar, Regina store manager, for making it ‘right’ when I noticed my new Brixton desk had 2 drawers damaged upon opening box. As I needed right away she approved to exchange with drawers from floor model. This alleviated the hassle of returning a heavy desk and waiting for replacement. Thank you for your prompt action and for putting your customers first!!!

My wife and I have been searching for a new kitchen table and decided to try Structube. We were impressed with the pricing and modern designs, we honestly had no idea what to expect. The store was a little overwhelming due to so being packed into a smaller store and we ended up purchasing online since we didn't get more than a you guys are doing ok?" from the staff but honestly we were happy to be left alone."

Great until you need to make a warranty claim. Bought a bed, the wood snapped in the middle of a sleep. Called store, they told me to take pictures and send an email which I did. I got no response for over a month despite calling and visiting the store. When they finally contacted me they told me I need to take a picture of the whole bed. Do they actually think I should have left my bed broken until they could get around to even acknowledging my claim? One month later it’s still not resolved. Poorly constructed with cheap, dry wood. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service.

Good furniture, but I takes so long to arrive. ordered in July and store advised the products won’t be here till October mid and rep advised it might delay. Absolutely hate it when they offer to cancel the order, if you have been waiting for few months now is there a point to cancel it now? Stop saying that.

I really like both the couch and recliner I've purchased from Structube. It's nice to walk through the store and get an idea of what you do and don't like, but our experience was that it's actually easier to order online and have shipped to the store, which is free. The time we went into the store to purchase something, they essentially ordered it online for us, so we actually could've saved the first trip and just come to pick it up. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though! I'm sure we will purchase here again.

3.5 Stars- I had read all of the reviews on Structube and was quite hesitant to order at first. In September I decided to take a chance and order a table and console as Structube's furniture is beautiful and not overpriced. As many other reviews say, I was told a delivery date, the date would pass, and I would contact the store only to be told the date had been pushed back even further. This became a bit frustrating as it is hard to enjoy a new home without the furniture that you have already paid for. I ended up cancelling my console piece as I was not willing to wait 4 months for it into December, when I was originally told beginning of October. With the table, I continued to call Structube week after week for updates. I spoke with the store manager multiple times who was very helpful and understood the frustration of my situation.In the end, we FINALLY received our table 3 months after ordering it.... and it was damaged. Structube was hardly offering 10% off of what we paid for the table in compensation for the damage, however again the store manager spoke to HQ and was able to get a bit more off (still not great though). OVERALL, good quality furniture, great prices, polite management but inaccurate and slightly disappointing wait times. If you have the time to wait for your furniture then definitely order, but if you expect a quick delivery find something else!
