Purchased spreadstone countertop resurfacing kit ,mainly because it was advertised on nationwide home improvement show. The process was easy and you have to follow it to the letter. Looked great when completed but I can already see a durability problem, mainly because of the clear coat. Would not recommend for kitchen counters.

Purchased dock & deck coating followed the factory recommendations after 5 months it has started to peel. Sent Daich pictures March 21 2002 have not received a reply.

I have used very successfully your stone coating in my kitchen. I am a 73 year old grandmother and never painted anything before in my life. Thank you for an excellent product .

Used their SpreadRock product, am very satisfied. My advice - follow the instructions to the detail - surface preparation is very important. I pressure washed my concrete with 3000 psi before and after etching with their etcher/cleaner product. I primed the next day. The following weekend I applied two coats of the Brownstone spreadrock using the trowel method. This is a labor intensive process but the result is amazing. See photos for before and after shots.Also, the customer service was outstanding. I ordered direct from Daich and got my order in about a week with free shipping. And I paid significantly less than what Home Depot was charging. I probably called their customer support line 3 or 4 times with questions and the agent was extremely polite and helpful (they're Canadian, right? :) )My only complaint is the sealer did not go nearly as far as they advertised, the 3 gallons I purchased didn't even cover 500 square feet. I partially blame myself, though, because I applied in direct sunlight on a somewhat warm surface, which the container specifically says not to do. I ended up buying some Behr wet-look sealer and it worked fine.One final note, believe them when they say to order about 20-25% more than you think you need. I had about 500 square feet and I used every bit of 5 gallons of primer for 2 coats and almost every drop of 4 5-gallon containers of spreadrock (20 gallons).

Color did not match swatches, texture rollers did not give texture, form lines on foundation did not cover up. Was told will send me new bucket to try and remedy and have not received it. Was supposed to be earth brown.

Terrible customer service and quality of product. Waste of time and money.

Highly disappointed in the product itself. Purchasedthe spreadrock system to do my basement floor. Put it down according to the specs. Used their primer, etcher, even the squeegee they sell (almost 3k). It lasted less than a year before it is peeling in a few areas. It looked great when it first went down. It doesn't clean very well and definitely doesn't hold up to foot traffic and a 4 year old on her bike. The customer service has been fantastic which is why they got 2 stars.

Bought a 5 gal pail of roller rock. Was stored in my garage out of the elements. After a few months went to use it and four inches of solids on the bottom won't mix hard as a rock. They won't back their products buyer beware.

First, amazing customer support!! Talked to Chris more than once; he was extremely helpful and honest. We purchased Elastalock and Spreadrock for a 600 sq ft patio resurface and just finished the project this past weekend. It was not easy, we applied the Elastalock with rollers, the Spreadrock with provided squeegees and sealer with rollers. We used 5 gallons of Elastalock, 40 gallons of Spreadrock and 5 gallons of the Tracsafe sealer with no product to spare. This was definitely a 2-3 person project and the stress of our unpredictable midwest weather over a week was enough to make both my husband and I a little crazy but we lucked out and are happy with the results. I would give the product 5 stars but I'm hesitant dye to some reviews on its durability which is an unknown to us since its so new.

The shipping is the slowest and no help from customer service. Ordered a product back in the middle of April and still have not received it. Every time I call them its a new legend. The shipment got lost, the shade was not available. No resolution no support from the company.
