When I came to this store location after calling rogers for over an hour being on hold consistently to get an upgrade for a new iPhone 7 along with changing my plan. The employees Greg and Louis assisted us through a very long process with patience and were extremely helpful even after closing they still were doing their best to solve the issue with Rogers. In the end the problem was resolved and they handled customer service perfectly. I recommend this location.

Went there today, was initial confused by thesecurity measures, not surprising considering I'm new around here.Thankfully, one of the staff members on duty, a South African man named Mr. Louis, was very helpful and accommodating.He helped through the appointment and when I ran to complications and set-backs, once again due to my newbie status, he helped me find solutions, and was empathetic to stresses the processes were putting me through.I happy to say that through perseverance and quick-thinking we were able to accomplish the goal I had set out to do today and even much more.If the Rogers staff are usually like Mr. Louis, I seen no reason not to use their services again.

Went to this Rogers location to swap my recently upgraded phone and I just can say WONDERS about the customer service I was provided with. Both employees, Louis and Nikita, are amazing at providing you with the best service possible. They go above and beyond. Not to mention; they handled other customers frustrations/inquiries the best way possible.I live closer to the Hays Blvd location but I would make this location my frequent store just to get this level of great service again!Keep up the amazing work!

If I could give this place a no star I would. Nikita was really unhelpful and extremely difficult to talk to. Her colleague Abhinav was far better and understood customer service. I hope you make Abinav a manager instead of unhelpful individuals.

I went to rogers to get an iPhone under the current financing promotion. After we finalized and we were going through the final bill, I was told I should pay $40 as set up fee. When I asked what are you setting up since I already have my sim and my phone number.I also asked if it is to transfer the data.The answer was no. We are giving you nothing for this $40. It is just a premium and a “penalty” for coming to the store. If I ordered online, I will not have to pay this fee.I think this is outrageous and pure exploitation.The regulator should intervene to at least force them to justify what are they charging this for.

This location had me waiting in the EXTREME HEAT FOR OVER 45 mins!!! They were very unprofessional and uncaring. Very very slow service and highly ineffective systems to get customers in and out in a timely manner. The process during covid needs to be revisited as to not have customers inconvenienced in extreme weather conditions. The flow of customers was 1 customer every 2 hours! I’m not being extra. Very displeased with how management is dealing with the covid situation at expense to paying customers.

Poor customer service. They have the doors locked in the middle of the day and won't let you in unless you ring the doorbell, remove your hat and go through the screening while its -5 outside. Good luck doing business. Won't be coming again ever!

The customer service here is amazing especially but Sarah is the one that truly stands out. She went above and beyond by answering my endless questions and ensuring that I was on the best plan and fully understand the contract details. you cannot ask for more better service !
