I just came to the new office to file my 2017 tax last week. I have been with Triple J for quite many years. Triple J not just doing one time service, any related tax reviews and worries you can give them a phone call to handle whatever you want from a professional prospective replies, and there is no additional consulting or reply fees for that customer relations which differs from most of other taxation firm I think for most of their clients who deals long term customer relationship with Triple J, know exactly about what they can provide to us and serve us after we left the office. Good to find them for my tax return!

I would give 0 stars if I could.I tried to inquire if they were accepting new clients/ rates and they kept copying and pasting me the same generic message during my follow ups specifically asking about rates - without outlining their rates.In addition, they erroneously copied me on multiple confidential emails meant for their existing clients. Like what?They cannot even send a proper email, do not trust them to file your taxes.

Emailed and confirmed rates. Went in person and confirmed the same rates. After they were done, they charged me 80 dollars more than initially communicated (plus 2 dollars to use the credit machine to pay). When I showed them the email and asked why, it was a bunch of hidden fees. They aren’t transparent with rates so double check all the hidden fees before you agree to work with them.

Awesome Service! I have been in contact with JJJ for some assistance with filing my taxes for the last 3 years. I was overseas and was not able to file my 1st Canadian tax return. Upon return in June 2022 I contacted the team and they were courteous and prompt with helping me file my tax returns at a very reasonable cost. I am satisfied and would recommend JJJ.
