I loved the place the clothes are high quality, the service is amazing specially with David, he is the guy to make your life way easier finding you perfect fits, this guy is amazing!!

Amazing customer service. David was a huge help and helped me pick out this beautiful burgundy three piece suit. We kept experimenting with different suits for a while and I got just what I wanted.

Great prices. If you are lucky you can find a fine suit at a great cost. Keep changing models and available suits weekly.

Dapper! TIPTOP Tailors is a great place to get mens wear at a really good price. Great selection of blazers, slacks, button ups and the list goes on. Need some coolnlooking socking? They've got then too! The staff here is very professional and polite in addition to be informed. I was shopping for the wrong size, and was approached to have my measurements take. She then explained to me the best brands I should go after based on my wide shoulder fit. I was really impressed.

Poor customer service as she snatched clothin from my hand and said no touching of clothing.. … put up a don’t touch sign ..not only lost the sales for items already picked up but lost a customer for ever .. didn’t even bother to empathize my point

Sacm store. Rude employees. Scam people by there sale they will intentionally keep most of there products on the lowest priced items once you bring them to the counter they will say it was wrongly kept in that rack. SCAMMERS.

It's a whole new experience when a man buys his first suit. I'll be blunt and say the truth that I know absolutely nothing about suits. A friend of mine recommended me that I buy my first suit from Tip Top Tailors as they were quite a reputed name in this business.Naturally, I searched for the nearest outlet of Tip Top Tailors and it was in Dixie Outlet Mall (1250 South Service Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5E 1V4, Canada).I went to their outlet and requested for help since I had no idea regarding how to select a suit. The staff (specially the young girl working there) was least interested to help me. I kept asking questions regarding what would look decent, is the fit okay, etcetera and I got not a single proper response in return whatsoever. The girl would reply as if it were too much for her to even speak.This was one of the worst experiences I've had so far as a customer in my whole life. I never give 1 star reviews. If I don't like the service, I refrain from giving a review. But in this case I had to make sure to leave one so that the higher ups know what's going on in their stores. I wish I could give 0 stars to this location for the pathetic customer service and for ruining my first experience of buying a suit.

We had a great experience with David the sales associate. He was most helpful and took a lot of time to find the perfect suit for my nephew.

I came shopping here and it was close to the end of the day. Made the purchase and went our way. Just a few minutes after the closing hours, I realized I left my earphones in one of the jackets I was trying on. We went back and Ali & David allowed me in to find them. They were very kind and helped me look for it. I knew where they were and we were able to find them in no time. Thanks for the assist guys!
